Awesome reaction as always and to answer some of the question, for Hibiki her "armed gear" is her hands thats why she punches and she can hold hands, and the Curse of Balal is not the Noise but something else but I don´t want say what because they will bring it up in the later seasons again.

Ahh thank you as always for your support man! :D Ooh she's been fighting with her armed gear this whole time?! And damnn love all of these plot lines that have started to emerge, looking forward to finding out more :D Thank you for the insight as always!

Kadingir is basically the tower of Babel from Christian mythology. For the crime of building the tower, God curses humanity, taking away our common tongue, dividing us and preventing true understanding. You'll notice curses and understanding have been common themes in the show, alongside various myths and legends. The symphogear are, of course, all legendary weapons too. Gungnir is the spear of the Norse god Odin that could strike any target, no matter the skill or strength of the wielder. Ame no Habakiri was used by the Shinto god Susanoo to slay the eight-headed snake Yamata-no-Orochi. Ichaival is the (fictional) bow of the Norse god Ullr, Yewfelle. It possessed the power to fire 10 arrows every time an arrow was drawn. I say this one is fictional because its origin is actually the game Fire Emblem.

Thank you so much for this!! We've mentioned this before but we absolutely love hearing about the "real life lore" behind these things so this was amazing to read! And this is only the first season! Can't wait to see how other legends and myths are integrated :) And LOL! Love the FE bit 😂🙏

In your youtube video for one of the episodes, this is exactly why I said that knowing there are sequels kinda ruins the tone here. Imagine watching this episode when season 1 was initially airing. There is no knowledge of a season 2, and having seen Kanade die in the first episode, it would be completely assumed that Chris just died for good.

Velo City

Ahh man that's so true! Even with what we knew, Chris still gave us one heck of a scare so can only imagine what weekly watchers must've felt like 😭 Oh and welcome aboard to our Patreon man! Hope you're enjoying the reactions :D
