about ignite: they lost it in final ep of AXZ, when Adam used San Germain's spellcaster against Gears, so Elfnein did a thing that Dainsleif will took all damage on itself and then gears was rebuilded with SG's spellcaster's energy during S2CA Last Ignition . That's also why we have hearts in transformation sequences in XV, its Lapis Philosophorum.

Maybe SONG not being able to make it to the concert in time was Fudo's doing. Also, a couple other notes: - The men in suits were never confirmed to be American, and knowing what we know now, they may have just been Fudo's lackeys (especially since they called Noble Red "expendable"). - The bikers that saw the transaction were not Illuminati. They're just a gang that thought they were seeing a drug transaction. Noble Red went after them because, well, "no witnesses". - Vanessa is more Frankenstein's Monster than Mummy. - Ignite went away at the end of AXZ. Adam fired the energy from the Philosopher's Stone at the Gears, and they used S2CA to absorb it. Elfnein had to burn Dainsleif to prevent the Philosopher's Stone's energy from destroying their gears. Speaking of the stone, notice anything related during their transformations?

Lmao at that synchronized "Not like this!" at 28:24

And we now have a HUGE reason to hate Fudo. Can only begin to wonder the depth of his ties to the illuminati. This episode was very infuriating to the fans on original watch. Exactly 1 episode ago, we saw Millaarc commit mass genocide at the concert, then in this episode she starts crying about needing to protect her "family". That choice of interaction so abrupt after the previous episode is just anger inducing. Its like, are you seriously trying to now make us feel bad for you? I understand you're likely not "pure evil", but its much too soon and forced to try and make us suddenly like you or feel for you. Vanessa is a cyborg.... Also, in regards to them "not having Ignite anymore", its because of how the fight with Adam went. When they did their swan song to absorb Adam's attack, that wasn't phonic gain, that was pure alchemy magic. It doesn't naturally synchronize with their gear. And as shown, Elfnein routed the energy and strain through Dainsleif which essentially destroyed it. But by trade off, their base gear are technically strong now too.
