Haven't finalized the type of thumbnail I'm going for yet, but wanted to share a variation of it.

Just a little behind the scenes type post :)

Chelle

So much happening on there 😂 I got chills remembering some of these scenes just now

Jazzy

I can not wait for this. I‘m anticipating your reactions more than the new episodes! And I’m an „only anime“ guy

tommy clark

Lots of great stuff in this episode, one of my favorites in this season!

ming

This looks great already!

Jory

Dennis chapman

jjenniyyahh

I'd like Friday to pass faster right about now so we can get to the upload time, thanks. Also, fuck it, might as well just add a picture of Ayane Sakura (Gabi's voice actress) in the middle of all of that while we're at it. There's something about those ear piercing realistic cries for help ("Rainaaaa! Tasuketeeee!" intensifies) and it panning to Reiner not wanting to come out that gets me emotional on command.

I’m a Reiner stan so I’m biased, but Gabi and Falco screaming for Reiner amid all the destruction is one of the best moments of the series for me. One of the darkest moments too

jblakk

Gotta go with the Piek explosion. It matches your pose the best.

These are fantastic! Any of the Colossal Titan explosion glows would be super cool. Pieck’s frame is great too, it’s hard to look at though knowing what they do to her in that battle.

jess

def armin

Max

I always enjoy a little bit of behind the scenes 👌🏻

Jazzy

This is officially the second best episode in TV history btw. According to IMDb

石原 悟

Burning Pieck conveys the atmosphere I personally focused on watching this. So I'd pick that one.

Fukurou

I'm one of those guys that prefer a single image as thumbnail, it just says "that moment was the most important to me" or "that moment impacted me the most". But I don't understand anything about filmmaking/art and that stuff so Its just my personal opinion.

Rayan

The coloring in this episode is just art

Helos

Top left, Eren inheriting the warhammer, Pieck explosion and bottom right would be my choices!

vera

Eren looking upwards would be the best.

mangacho

I like all of them together as you have it right now! <3

MikeBlue16

Can't wait for the discussion aaaaa

It's not a double upload. The plan is you get 4x7 today and 4x9 next Friday with 4x8 dropping somewhere in between the two.

Sarah S

Oh boy, here I go commenting again but I just remembered the one shot of the Jaw Titan’s eye while Porco begs Eren to stop during the nutcracker scene. I feel like that’s a total highlight. THAT SCEEEENE this episode is so freakin good!!

Arthur

I always tend to be more excited about the dialogue / world building heavy episodes than the action packed ones when it comes to reactions from Im, and I mean that as a big compliment. 4x2 is still among my top 3 episodes of the season, and I was glad to see that he found it so great also. That being said, this next episode was a banger and can't wait for the video.

Francesco Solari

you should check the subs from another site for episodes 9 and 10 (crunchy roll is not doing it right)

Don't be greedy y'all! We know he will come through with it, and it will be a pleasant surprise! Even if it takes a while for him to do two, I'm happy waiting because it's always great.

We need resident Japanese friend 石原 悟 to weigh in on this. I didn't notice anything wrong with the crunchy subs for those, but I'm not a native speaker.
