Investigator Spotlight: Leah, the Commissioner (Patreon)

The jurisdiction of the Neo Arkham Police Department extends far beyond the capital itself.Scattered settlements on the colony’s frontier are too small to maintain their own security forces, and thus fall under NAPD’s patrol and protection.

Within its administrative hierarchy, LEAH (Law Enforcement Automation Hub) — is a name known to all. Efficient, disciplined, and cold, she embodies the very ideal of procedural order.

As Chief of Police, Leah’s uncompromising rigor keeps every officer on edge. The only ones who fear her more than Alet do are the criminals themselves.

Off duty, Leah is often seen dressed as a handsome gentleman — her rare appearances in feminine attire are spoken of among the police officers as if they were urban legends.
