Hand animated. Both optical and inertial based mocap system behave poorly with actors overlapping each other.

Interesting. I’ve noticed in Fallen Doll that some animations are are little too robotic (like they’ve been done by hand) and some animations look so perfect as if captured from mo cap actors. Eg. when Erika moves into position on the 2 chairs in the night club. Those 2 device animations are done superbly.

The animations were made by different animators. The animations of Paralogue were entirely created by my friends at Ubisoft, so you can easily notice the improvement of quality.

same, I dropped from clerk to brawler as the focus of this has drastically shift to a different genre entirely. Will likely drop if this is the new norm.

Pretty sure that's the plan. Paralogue is supposed to be a staging environment for new Fallen Doll technology and content that will go into the main games later. Think the dev just worded the purpose of parallelogram terribly.
