Attack on Titan 2x12 FULL LENGTH Reaction

FULL LENGTH REACTION

Comments

Regi Todd

Doesn't make it any less impactful that you basically called Hannes' fate an episode or two ago. Been looking forward to/dreading this reaction all week.

Downeast Beast

Alright, so about the ending of the OP, and the glowing hearts are meant to represent the 'dedication of your heart' ("Shinzou wo sasageyo!"). Each animal, including titans, humans, dinosaurs, giraffes, etc, has the base instinct to survive. "Fight! The only way to live is to fight!", says Eren Yeager. Their hearts are dedicated to survival: the most basic instinct that life has, and the cornucopia of animal life represents that shared instinct. (in other words, it has nothing to do with the plot, i just recall you having a lot of questions about that lol)

demonic-myst

spoiler free answer wrong hair color erens dad has black hair this guy has blond

Alkaris

I don't think they're returning to that basement for the secrets, because they teased it all in season 1, but still got nothing about it in season 2.

Syre2xE

oooohhhhh Here we come Season 3!!!!!!!! Prepare to be Astonished!!!

Malak☆ملاك

Ymir and Historia are by far my favorite characters In this show rewatching this season with you made me so emotional about them:( Ymir seems rude yeah but she Is genuinely a very caring person she Just act tough but she really love and cares about historia and her friends

Peter Wyatt

I knew that when you were saying in at least the last 2 episodes that you didn't want to see Hannes die that you'd be devastated when you reacted to this episode. Lol.

Howie

Yes you called Hannes's death! This is why I feel like you are one of the most observant and alert reactors. Wow.. super interesting theories about Eren in the end. 👀 So even though everyone had to wait a very long time between seasons, AoT is based on the manga (comic book), so people could just read the book if they wanted to know more. That's what I did for a bunch of anime that have not finished seasons. Super looking forward to season 3! There are a few episodes where I CANNOT WAIT for your reaction!

funnylilgalreacts

Most observant? I thought EVERY big boy titan was Eren’s dad 😂

funnylilgalreacts

Yup 😂 even on the rewatch I was like “stop it you big dummy”

funnylilgalreacts

Thank you for the clarity! Still have my fingers crossed for a dinosaur… Maybe a Titan eating dinosaur?

Howie

Totally valid guesses!

Green Nolan

I can only guarantee two things to you. There will be very satisfying answers to all of your questions, and you will definitely want to rewatch this show again after you know all of those answers.

Jacob Lagasse

Well there is a third thing you can guarantee... There will be suffering 😭 I fear for Angela's little heart

Jacob Lagasse

Hi Angela! I hope you got my gift I sent you! I know you usually wear your heart on your sleeve, but hopefully for a few episodes, like starting S3E13 (I think Crunchy labels it as E50) we'll get to see you wearing the wings of freedom! And instead of wearing your heart on your sleeve dedicate your heart to the cause! Don't cry too much in season 3 😭 Erwin's soldier's don't cry! Erwin's soldier's scream out! Erwin's soldier's rage! Thank you for helping me experience this show again and enjoy it like watching it for the first time!

Jacob Lagasse

I don't see how they could possibly get there. Shiganshina is deep in titan territory now and Reiner and Bertholdt are still out there.... Also that talking beast titan!

Jacob Lagasse

To be fair, this show be confusing as fuck lol And we're only at the half way point

Jacob Lagasse

Not only did I not read the manga while waiting for new seasons I also waited for the dub to come out. This world is cruel, but beautiful lol

Centarius

The wait between season 1 and season 2 was god awful, so much changed during that time talk about striking the iron while it was ice cold. As far as some of your theories go, you're an observant little cookie!

Luka Poser

The reason Eren couldn't transform to save Hannes seemed to simply be that his human body was still healing and recovering from the earlier transformation. He was trying to push himself past his physical limits, which is such an "Eren" thing to do. And indeed the scene with Eren and Mikasa was meant to build to a kiss in an early draft of the manga chapter! But Isayama decided against it as being out of character for Eren & didn't want to turn their relationship into a definitively romantic one.

Stephen Ray

Eren would rather fight a titan bare handed and die than face a tender moment with Mikasa. Can you imagine that from Mikasa's perspective?

Seizure Augustus

I'd say it's kind of a romantic relationship, it's just that Eren's love language is attack.

Riku Kurosaki

I just finished watching Season 2 with you and I just wanted to clarify that was Shiganshina at the end where Reiner. Bertholdt and Ymir were chilling

Victoria_Night

Every titan we don't know is Eren's dad until proven otherwise
