And there you have what makes Fern exceptional. She's not incredibly powerful, she doesn't use a lot of spells and she doesn't have massive mana reservoirs. But she is SO FAST and have incredibly keen senses. It's the classic "fear the person who has practiced the same kick 10,000 times" coupled with her just having grown up using magic. Using the magic that she knows is just pure instinct to her and she uses it without thinking, the same way that you use your native language without thinking.

Angela: We are probably going to see something really cool out of Frieren. I'm equally excited to see more from Fern. Fern: Hold my beer YES!!! We are here. The episode which completely sucked me into this anime. Great music and animation, and storytelling. What more can you ask for? And I usually check YT for reactions to this episode. Love Fern's cold and calm demeanor (like her master) throughout the battle while Lugner starts out calm and arrogant, but ends up panicking at the realization he is overmatched. Next episode is amazing too in a different way. Can't wait until next week!

I love the blink-and-you'll-miss-it moments where Fern points her staff behind her to block attacks she isn't even looking at. And the wide angle on both fights that shows just how quickly Lugner and Fern are actually firing at each other.

The animation in this episode is so incredible. Beautiful sequences the whole time.

You'll have a long list of Anime crushes soon enough. This episode is pretty good, it's like fireworks going off when they duel.

Frieren and Fern have been easy to show the strengths of, but this episode is where Stark's character finally shown through for me. His solution to the undefeatable adversary was a reckless self sacrificial attack where both die.

did you know that you can upload on patreon any content without bluring it or editing?

With the full length reactions I'm not bothered by the content not being showed, as long as it is easy to sync it up with what is being reacted to. Your edited reactions seem to be fine from what I've seen, but a lot of the edited reactions I've seen on YouTube from other content creators don't even show what's being reacted to, which makes the whole thing pointless. You can't sync up the original video to the edited reactions without editing it in yourself, and if you don't know what's being reacted to, that's impossible. I am a strong believer in fair use, and my view is that you can use as much of a copyrighted material as is necessary for the purposes you are using it for, if you react a lot then use more content, if you react less then use less content. If you provide enough commentary you can justify using the full copyrighted material. However, it is extremely difficult to provide that much commentary(I've only seen one person do it), which is why most people edit their reactions for YouTube. A brief summary of my opinion: If it is a full reaction you shouldn't use the copyrighted material unless your commentary is sufficient enough to justify it, edited reactions should always show what is being reacted to, or there is no point in doing it.

People who suppress their emotions don't just hide their emotions from others, they hide them from themselves. That is why Frieren always says she doesn't know when people ask how she feels about something.
