Hmmmm... in your intro, bookmark some of your observations on Falco and Gabby. Would be interesting to revisit them later on.

Tilden Martinez

Grice sounds familiar because that was the name of one of the Eldians that worked with Grisha! He was the one who asked Grisha “why did Zeke betray us?” On the wall. So Falco is related to him

The rotoscoping camera motion is weird to look at, I see what they were trying to go, trying to give the scene more 3D look, swinging the camera around like that. Sometimes it looks good, and other times it looks bad, because it can be quite nauseating seeing camera pan like that, and the feeling of like you're going to fall out of your chair kind of thing. I see this a lot in some other anime, they may be experimenting a shot or something but they animate in 3D space with the 2D cells in place, sometimes its done just right, whereas others feel out of place.

Lmao loved the reaction. “I don’t care about Zeke…nevermind.” “I don’t think Gabi cares about Reiner, she wants his titan power…nevermind they’re related.” “I don’t like Ymir…nevermind she’s dope.” also, unrelated but did you react to the Avatar Last Airbender Trailer with Toph? :/

Season 4 had some crazy deadlines, and the studio changed. Mappa was the only studio crazy enough to take the job on (and it shows in places). Granted, Mappa is extremely good with what they do, but between the schedule, Covid, and being fresh to the content for its final chapters, I'm not surprised with some of the quality issues. I think you missed it but someone committed suicide during the storm, its why all those people were gathered around the house near the end

funnylilgalreacts

I caught it on the rewatch and definitely mentioned it in the opening

I love that our minds went to the same place. When you said "could you imagine Eren with the colossal power?" I immediately thought of a Paradis island filled with craters like the surface of the moon lmao!
