Was wondering if you would recognise Falco’s voice - it’s Matt Mercer again! I assume you are fairly early on in the game, but since you recognised short circuit I’m guessing you’ve been trying out the netrunner abilities?

I don't think he directly killed Dorio, he was about to but she jabbed him with the medicine, and you can see his gun going off behind her, aimed at the NCPD guys. He's brought back from Cyberpsychosis just in time to see her get shot in the head by NCPD. So indirectly? Yes he's 100 % at fault for setting up the circumstances that brought upon Dorio's death. It's a small mercy that he wasn't behind the trigger that killed the woman he loved.

I think Rebecca just painted the hands from her brother and installed them on herself, since David didn't take them, but I might be wrong :)

I dunno, Becca's hands looked chunkier than Pilars. Also David said that Pilars hands were more of a netrunners set-up, and Becca definitely isn't a net runner.

Becca's wearing her brother's hands with gloves over them. They were tech hands, not netrunning hands. (Basically high dexterity to do things like throw a bunch of grenades at once, which we see him do)

Ah I think I misheard David, I think he said they're 'techie' mitts which I assumed was meant for netrunners.

It’s a callback to the tabletop RPG, where Techie is a specific class focused on building, upgrading and repairing weapons, cyberware and other gear.

I'm amazed she didn't notice that Julio's voice actor is Bryce Papenbrook, who voices Eren. Ya watch enough anime, you'll recognize that one absolutely everywhere. Not to mention Falco also being Levi.
