No idea what Faraday's eyes do, I've always wondered. Because they're in the same place as his other eyes, they're probably for non visable spectrums of light. The game makes it clear that the cyberware used for the smart weapons (the curving bullets) is actually in your hands (interfacing with the gun).

That's my thought. One for IR, one for FLIR or showing heat signatures, and then an normal eye ball.

I remember in CP 2020 you could get eyes with Poison Dart launchers, something like that wouldn’t surprise me in one of them

If you want to try a fourth thing with Matt Mercer providing a voice, then definitely play Baldur's Gate 3 if you get a chance.

Cyberpsychosis is, in essence, the almost complete loss of one's empathy. You stop seeing people as *people*, and it is marked by hallucinations and a near total detachment from reality. Imagine an ex-soldier suffering the worst case of PTSD, dialled up to 11, and you're on the right track.

still no mention of Eren's voice so far I'm shocked lol. Hallucinations are part of going psycho.

Scaling back on cyberware is definitely what David *should* do, but he isn’t because it’s essentially an addiction. Every upgrade makes you better, stronger, faster etc. and downgrading would reverse that. It’s an imperfect analogy but consider what it would like to suddenly stop using corrective lenses for vision - you would remember what it’s like to see better than that every moment, and that it is possible for you to do so, and would be constantly frustrated by that limitation. It’s much easier for David to keep telling himself that he can handle the load rather than deal with that, and to tell himself that he can’t afford to risk downgrading without increasing the risk that he or his team will die on a job if he reduces his abilities.

doesnty actualy work cyberpsychosis is not caused by the cyberware but by mental health its a urban myth around psychoptic breaks

There are a lot of different ideas expressed about cyberpsychosis in-universe but the tabletop rules have been consistent for decades. Installing cyberware reduces your humanity stat. Go too far and you’re a cyberpsycho. If you want to restore some humanity you need to remove some cyberware and get therapy.
