That happy face has been worth the wait for this episode LOL

Alexander Whitehill

Pretty sure we've all been waiting for this. An intersection of two of Angela's favorite things with Doctor Who.

Dani

oh what a fun episode

Sorcerer Rumburak

Every time I see this 2 robots, I think there should be 3 and a stooges-reference. 😅

Leo Cap

I highly recommend you watch BBC's Prehistoric Planet series, narrated by the one and only

Alkaris

This was a fantastic episode you get two of the best things if people happen to like SPACE and DINOSAURS, so putting them both in is the best!

Jeremy B

The joy on your face! I knew you'd love this episode, it's so much fun. A Doctor Who / Jurassic Park / Harry Potter / Game of Thrones crossover! To answer your question, Chris Chibnall wrote 'The Hungry Earth' / 'Cold Blood' two-parter in Matt's first season, introducing the Silurians to New Who. He also wrote '42' for 10 and Martha in Series 3. and the six-part minisode Pond Life which led directly into 'Asylum of The Daleks'. There's another fun little minisode 'The Inforarium' which explains why Solomon couldn't find any record of the Doctor in his database.

Haha. We all knew you were going to squeal with this episode. You even mentioned dinosaurs last week, and I thought 'Oh, she's going to freak next week'. Ha. It was awesome and everything I was hoping for. And yes. Brian is awesome.

J.W. Moore

This season is so fun! You're going to love it. Just remember the mid-season Christmas special. It was weird that they put it in the middle. Lol

Nathaniel Castle

I remember my joy of seeing Dinosaurs in space for the first time! My childhood came rushing back.

James Fleischman

You're right about David Bradley. A really sweet old man. His favourite scene from Harry Potter is where his daughter was put in an impromptu extra.

Lazzy

Everytime you have expressed your desire for dinos on this show, I've just been smiling knowingly, aware that this episode was a thing.

Cyber legacy

I really like this episode it's amazing

Wedge

I've been waiting for this one. Started referring to it as "The Angela Episode" lol

John Prince

I wonder if Angela ever going to watch Guillermo del Toro's "The Strain" because David Bradley really shines in that show. And his character is a good guy there! :)

Daniel King

He also was in 'Adventure through space time' which is about how doctor who was created, he played William Hartnell (the first doctor)

Daniel King

i have heard a theory that episodes 1 to 5 are in reverse order (Chronologically). And now rewatching them i think its true.

I understand why people think of Arthur Weasley when they see him, but to me he'll always be Catering officer Olaf Peterson, Lister's best friend aboard the Red Dwarf before The End. This is indeed a fun episode = some people consider it a little dark, since the Doctor kills Solomon at the end there, but The Doctor has always been someone who will do that - he just tends to give people second chances before taking that step, and Solomon had had plenty. The two robots are voiced by David Mitchell and Robert Webb, known for their sketch comedy programs Peep Show and That Mitchell and Webb Look. Just another instance of the fine old tradition of British comedians appearing in Doctor Who.

John

That moment you realize River Song is an archeologist and her grandfather carries a trowel wherever he goes.

John

Never the Ponds. Never them. They're not companions. They're family. The Doctor finally realized that and with them he has something he's been missing.

Buck Rogers

Peterson! Give us a kiss, you smelly-arsed smegger!

Carl Wilson

Okay, I had no idea that was Mitchell and Webb! (I love David Mitchell, Webb is a lot more complicated case). Slight correction, Peep Show is a sitcom, not a sketch show.

Carl Wilson

Very touched when you said in that scene with Brian sitting on the stoop of the Tardis and looking at Earth, that you wanted this for Wilf. So right.

Carl Wilson

I think that's a bit of a stretch. I can imagine a version of that story but I don't think the show ever indicates that.

Peter Powis

I love this episode as it's fun plus new companions! Brian is so good as Rory's dad too! I remember you saying something about you wanted dinosaurs and i thought "wait till Angela sees this episode!!"

Peter Powis

It breaks my heart in the scene where the ponds are looking out of the Tardis at Earth and the Doctor looks sadly at them, knowing they wanted to go home for a bit. He loves them and wants to be with always but can't..... :(
