Great reaction to this episode! With every re-watch, even though this episode was mostly a big info dump so the audience can be caught up, it was well done and a low-key great episode. As you said, so much happened within a span of 20 something minutes. As for Pyxis and having the Anti-Marleyan being held at gunpoint, I think it's because they still don't completely trust them, especially with Zeke present in Paradis. Good to have some insurance?

Nerf Or Nothing

YES. In the Libero raid Armins titan form is super skinny and the neck is missing a lot of flesh. So he definitely controls how much energy he uses in the transformation, at he cost of the ability to continue using the Titan form. I mean compare the crater and lack of crater in Shiganshina (I don't think a low altitude airburst would make much difference compared to one at surface level of water)

One of my favorite breather/transition episodes.

demonic-myst

Losing Sasha NEVER not hurts. It's always tragic. You can rewatch this show time and time again, and bring her back over and over, but losing her always stings again.

Love your commentary and your thoughts after. Really quick fun fact about Armin’s Collosal. It doesn’t have ears. Armin doesn’t like to hear the screams of the people he’s hurting so he transforms without ears.
