After my little break(ish) I'll be starting Cowboy Bebop and Babylon 5! I am starting with The Gathering which THANK YOU Nathanael for finding me a copy. It was very hard to find and to find one with high enough quality to use for the edit.

I've also been wanting to get back to movies. There are so many I want to watch or feel I need to watch. I will put up poll in the future but these need to be checked of my list!

Looking forward to this month and starting new things!

I cant wait to see this weeks doctor who, although its hard to top the 50th, its a great episode, usually im bummed about a one week break between seasons but with the 50th and the Christmas special im ok with it, this one time

Legend of Vox Machina starts back up in June and that will be Thursday Friday Saturday. July will be a break because I’ll be away on the second wheel of Fortune cruise. But then we’ll have avatar the last Airbender and House of the Dragon.

b5 at last :-) Space Shit at its very best! As a long time time Fan of B5, and you may have aleady been told this - much changes from The Gathering to Season 1, and all for the better - It was just a pilot. Its still essential viewing though. Cast, props (especially the PPG's!), makeup, Aliens, effects etc. You will love the characters.

Two notes that have probably already been brought up(I don't tend to check all comment sections anymore): 1. Cowboy Bebop: Fans should know that Yoko Kanno(Cowboy Bebop composer) put out a new, extended version of TANK!(opening song) on her YouTube channel about a month ago in honor of its 25th anniversary. It's also great to see the 62/3* year old composer bopping around like a teenager and having a blast. (*currently 63, but 62 during the filming) 2. Babylon 5: It's kind of important to note the SFX time period it was made in. Prior to B5, just about every TV sci-fi show used physical models for the space shit. Computers and their software just wasn't ready for it. You could do it for big budget movies with years of lead time(like Jurassic Park), but it was too expensive for almost any TV series. But physical models were also slow, difficult, and expensive. B5 was the tipping point. It was a relatively low-budget show that couldn't afford to use physical models(it had a fraction of the budget of ST:TNG). But CGI had juuust gotten to the point of being feasible. Desktop systems had become barely powerful enough to make acceptable SFX. It looks pretty lousy and low resolution by today's standards, but it started the ball rolling. You'll notice throughout the show(especially the early seasons) that there's a tendency towards straight lines, simple shapes, and simple textures. They were basically learning as they went. Just to show how inexpensive this stuff was, I started college in the middle of B5's run. A couple years into my schooling, I made friends with one of the custodians of the building my major was housed in. He had the exact same system and software B5 was using, and he had some of the CGI models to play with. So B5 was using equipment that an ordinary person could afford(towards the end of the run).

I'm SO excited you're watching B5, it's my favorite show ever after Doctor Who. It's a slow burn in the beginning but if you stick to it you'll see how amazing it is.

This is so weird. Babylon 5 is my favorite sci-fi show and Cowboy Bebop is at/near the top of my anime list(I'm a music nerd). Since they're both pretty old, they don't get reacted to very often. But now Cinebinge started Cowboy Bebop this week, Bunnytails started B5 last week, and Angela is starting both next week. I'm spoiled. lol

Two SF shows top my list. Doctor Who and Babylon Five. It was even strongly suggested that J Michael Straczynski, the creator and main writer of Babylon Five, should take the reins of Doctor Who. Babylon Five is open for business. Should've said four! Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy and Red Dwarf added.

The Legend of Vox Machina starts up in June so for now we won't be adding a show. I plan on doing ATLA LA Season 2 and HOTD Season 3 later in the summer. It starts in June but I'll be in Europe.
