I mentioned this before in a comment on an earlier post, but yes: Todd Stashwick (aka Paladin) was in Picard season 3. Picard season 2 wasn't much better than season 1, but season 3 was like a completely different show that really leans into nostalgia for TNG and Star Trek in general. And Terry Matalas, creator of this show, was also the showrunner for Picard season 3, so he basically brought Stashwick along with him. They also worked together in the 12 Monkeys TV series.

The client is either JIM (somewhat likely, as he has been established) or it could be Arnim Zola. He was a former human that transitioned to digital format, like Jo Carrington did. I somehow have always doubted that the version that was destroyed in Winter Soldier was the only copy.
