---> CHARGE DAY REPORT: 11/14/XX

Frame Serviced: CM-017

Process: Conduction Gel Exchange

EXCHANGE ANOMALY LOGGED - SEE NOTES

PROCESS COMPLETE - NO ISSUES REMAIN

LOG END

Additional Notes:

The mechanical process of exchange suffered a small anomaly relating to the volume of gel exchanged (2.9oz exchanged > 1.1oz upper capacity limit) Thankfully, the flexibility of the unit allowed for an emergency release of excess gel, which should evaporate over the course of two (2) hours.

The origin of said anomaly is currently unknown, though there may have been a measure of interference from the R.I.T.A. unit itself. While the contents of said program were not fully logged, a spike in computing effort was noted mere moments before the overload occurred.

Current theory: an electrical spike in the frame itself (due to an internal electrical short) interfered with the filling process, leading the R.I.T.A. to attempt to self correct, leading to an overcompensation.

Dr. Malloy has been notified of this anomaly. In the meantime, Frame CM-017 has been deactivated & quarantined for further inspection, though initial scans indicate that the unit has suffered no internal hardware failure. Some sort of software anomaly is also a possibility, but analysis of the AI itself is a job for Cassandra.

---Despite RITA being fully artificial, her composition needs to be able to dissolve without issue of necessary. Traditional rechargeable batteries aren't a viable option, as they could easily poison a predator, so a harmless electrolytic solution was devised to serve RITA's power needs. This thick gel is meant to hold a charge for well over 24 hours, and can be stored in the more "curvaceous" portions of the frame.

However, due to the more flexible nature of the material, the effective charge capacity begins to decline over time, necessitating a semi-regular "Charge Day" - a process that further fills the frame with the necessary conduction gel via an intake port between the frame's legs!

The process isn't particularly time consuming, but considering how volatile fresh conduction gel can be before settling within the frame, a slower, deeper touch is needed to properly service the droid~

(The themes/split perception of this sequence was an odd one for me, but a fun experiment nonetheless - let me know what you thought!)---Thank you, truly, for your incredible support! <3
