Join me in the studio for some thoughts on self care! I realized when editing there is a part near the end where the easel squeak gets a little rough. I'll watch out for that in the future and I hope it doesn't wake anyone up 😴✨🌙

Personally for self care I really enjoy going camping in forests, fly fishing and just in generally spending time outdoors. And of course, listening to these rambles! You’ve got the most soothing voice! Thanks Kat!! Can we get a picture of the painting you’re working on in this ramble?

Those sound like great ways to refresh! I’m glad you enjoyed it! I can’t share any photos of my paintings because all of my art is public, and remaining anonymous allows me to do more with this YouTube channel. But I do love sharing my studio time!
