Oh Sulvain, I think they were benefitting from your presence as much as you were!! He has such hyper-independence. He always feels like he has to do it all and not be a burden to anyone. I wonder if that trauma stems from his master's murder, or his Mom's passing, or Udaya's, or all of the above. Maybe he believes he is somehow going to put someone in danger or even just inconvenience them by existing and having needs. 🥺

The fact that Sulvain still continued looking for Raziol after all that time is such a strong testament to the love he has for him. Same thing goes for Raziol. I can tell he wants that connection with others, but the combination of his long lifespan and past grief is keeping him away from relationships….even with that family.
