The Machine God of Wrath is a crass, and violent simple-minded sadomasochist. His high intelligence is directly hampered by his obsession with maiming, killing, and torture, as well as his horrific temper. The smallest provocation can trigger destructive tempers that result in the annihilation of continents, planets, or even solar systems. Despite all his negatives, he is an affective military leader and combat strategist, and his order of "Peacekeepers" the Cerberus Knights, maintain a strict order through multiple systems, acting under no government that isn't Satan himself. This order seems to be the only thing that keeps Satan from being lost entirely to his rage, and it's an order based only on strength, as he finds himself loyal to only those who he cannot beat in combat.
