I don't think they have official names, but someone on Twitter or another social media site once commented that they thought that Daddy here was a supersoldier, maybe retired now. I ran with that idea as well, and thought Boy was a medic or some kind of doctor. In my headcanon, big Daddy is called Ulric, which means "wolf", and Boy is called Moses. :D Just my personal headcanon.
