Even though a Lickle Plant does not have hands, he has looong tendrils that can do the tickle job just as fine!

Indeed, however in this case he does it before giving them paws a good lickling (and also some nail trimming that our kobold didn't sign up for, but a Lickle Plant does not care hehe). Check out the full animation to see how it happened :3
