Noveil! (and i'm back!) (Patreon)

I'm finally back from the vacation, getting back into the habit of arting cause not arting for a week feels weird
but I'm starting with this boi! Noveil is a species called Lisko created by Dzat and I got permission to make an oc based off them!
I'm doing some in depth work on him, gonna be doing everything from his habits, occupation, everything!
