IMPORTANT NOTE:The save data files (including the Model Viewer files) are in a different location now compared to previous Beta demos. To find the location, go to the Options menu. Under the tab "Others", select "Save Data Path".

New:-Ultimate Boss Battle added.-New sword is now obtainable after defeating the Ultimate Boss Battle.-4 new regular enemies throughout the game.-6 new secret areas to find, accessible via Soul Mode.-6 new outfits for Finn and Fionna, obtainable through the new secret areas.-A new hack "2D Waifu" will make most of the NPCs into 2D artworks. (Obtainable in one of the secret areas)-New abilities and upgrades-Several new BGMs were added throughout the game.-Added Adult Flame Princess as an NPC and ally. (Remains incomplete)-Lewd animations watchable through Ice King/Ice Queen's television.-Minor gameplay added for Breakfast Princess.-Damage-value added.-Model Viewer now supports Undo/Redo.-Several models were added in Model Viewer to include the new clothes, enemies, and a "Twinkie".-New location called "Patreon Hall of Names" to place all Patreon credit names. (Accessible through the ladder in Marceline's house)-Playstation 4 Controller support.-Mac OS support.

Changes:-You can now receive damage in Soul Mode.-Attack pattern of Ice Queen's "Ice Swords" changed to become easier.-Hats and Clothes can now be changed separately.-1 lewd poster in Ice King's room was redrawn. (To avoid confusion)-Hiding the window of an NPC conversation will now let you move the camera slightly.-Double jumping and dashing can now be used with empty stamina. (But it still consumes stamina when it's not refilling)-Quick Attack Upgrade has now been removed.-Each sword has a different speed, adding balance to the gameplay.-Added sounds to the Model Viewer.-Several assets changed to comply with Patreon's Guidelines and Terms of Service.-Saving/Loading and file management improved. (Now uses backup files and temp folders)-Folder for the save data can be opened using "Options>Others>Save Data Path".-VR is temporarily unavailable.

What's not in this beta:-Adult Flame Princess Boss Battle.-Nude version of the "2D Waifu Mode".-Ending animation of Finn, Jake, and Ice King.

Known Issues:-Several missing sound effects.-A few incompatibilities with previous versions of Model Viewer files.-Showing NSFW with non-NSFW setting in one of the secret areas.-Option Settings not automatically saving in certain situations.-Breakfast Princess swimwear not unlocking in Model Viewer.-Flame Princess says your bag is full of potions when it's empty.

RESET SETTINGS:A separate executable file "Pref Delete" is available to refresh some settings of the game outside the SaveData.dat. This is useful for rare situations such as resetting Keyboard/Gamepad mapping.(Note: This DOES NOT DELETE any SaveData.dat or ViewerCustom.atcp)

In theory, it should work. But I never had the chance to try it. Make sure to place it on the right location by using "Options>Others>Save Data Path"

Any tips on fighting "him"? I get passed half of his health and get creamed.

Get the double heal potions from FP and load up, use the ultra dash to get away from the clone attack, and use the 4D sword to hover in the air while he does that beam attack of death which requires you to NOT be on the floor

It looks like maybe potions are bugged when using an old save? I can't see them on the screen, can't remember what the button to use them is, and am told that I'm full when I try to buy more. Great update otherwise though!

Yeah, I found three new areas easily enough, not sure where any more are. Pretty stuck on 'him' though.

Now I only have her last outfit to find and figuring out the "view all videos" achievement. "He" took me a good number of tries to figure him out but his last phase gimmick was thankfully not too much of a change in the fight. Good luck!

I seem to be having difficulty with this and using a gamepad. I can have the camera pitch up to the upper left or lower right, but i can't do any other camera manipulation. Also: Is it possible to add a "Reset controls to default" button in the input page?

It seems I'm locked inside the model viewer. RMB will rotate and arrow keys make a selection sound but otherwise it's none responsive.

From what I've noticed so far, the Shibakini has been removed and the underwear in Finn's Sailor Fuk-U was changed into boxers. Also, every clothing option with Fionna in a skirt shares the same boxer texture that Finn wears.

I'm also getting the freeze frame. Happens sometimes around 10 seconds after entering the game to almost 20 minutes.

On top of this ^ tip, to flick through the different videos, enter First Person View (this might not be needed, but I do it to be sure) and jump while looking at the TV.

Another tip is that when he starts countering after 3 hits (I believe that's the 3rd phase onwards), start adding a delay before adding on another combo. So basically: Phase 1 and 2: 3 hits -> dash -> [repeat this 3x] -> get away or he'll retaliate Phase 3+ (clones and lasers): 3 hits -> wait for him to block and start standing straight -> [repeat 3x] -> GET AWAY

Missing 3 costumes and it's driving me mad. Found the secret areas behind the hole in the wall and in the main area's ceiling above Marcellines house but at a loss about the others. (Also i've been toying with the model poser and was wondering if there's a way to preview custom poses without the joints overlaying them) Thanks.

Get breakfast princess to prank Marceline/Marshall and they will go take a shower on the floor above. Then use the poo brained horse or ??? sword to get close to the hole in the ceiling and just look at them.

Go back? If you're talking about the nightmare zone, at the entrance of the cave there should be a giant doll's head. Go up to it and it'll let you back out.

Nah, I've already beaten the boss in the nightmare zone, so Hambo is just chillin' in Marceline's house and I don't know if there's an option to re-enter, like apparently for that orb or for a rematch.

Oh back into? Yeah in the intersection room where the enemies spawn. Behind one of the staircases is one of those creepy ass dolls. Just interact with it.

All im missing so far are 2 of the costumes (i managed to find the wirt, chris, sailor, gym uniform, bee costume, and garnet costume outfits), the 2d hack (pls help), and the sword you get after beating the new boss. Also, is there a reason why the upskirt shots for finn and fionna were removed as well as the shibinikki outfit (however you spell it)? i kinda miss them and if its because of patreon, then maybe you could release a texture pack mod or something from an outside source?

I think I might have missed the bomb area costume. Although I think there might be a bug with the 2D characters achievement.. I'd have to say Flame Princess, she does have a 2D version if you talk to her. I've got the achievement, but I dunno who counts and who doesn't.

Yeah flame princess counted, Thanks a bunch Shawn. And Quan, make sure you have the potion upgrades from Breakfast princess otherwise the fight is pretty much impossible. I only hit him back after he did certain attacks. And I just counted my dash attacks up to 12 because if you hit him 13 times he smacks you back. Just rinse repeat.

O also for that spinny laser stuff he does. I just dashed above him and went into soul mode using the 4D sword. He can't hit you directly above him. If you time it right you can come out and get a few hits in as well

If you get all the potion/health/stamina upgrades she isn't too bad, just three rounds of grinding as Fiona should get you there, barely qualifies as grinding to be honest. A certain secret boss on the other hand is quite insane... I have a hard time imagining myself ever having the patience to deal with that.

Bait out a normal sword combo from him, dodge everything else and try to take as little damage as possible. If you chain combos with dash you can get about 12 hits with the 4d sword in before he tries to parry you. Use 4d teleport to get away from mechanics or dodge him, it gives you so much more ground, then use it to get back to him afterwards.

Can somebody tell me how to collect all orbs on Marceline's House bonus level? That jump from radio to next object is ridiculus. I've got success only 1 from 15 times =( Finn or Fionna just don't want to do double jump there... And arter that, after kitchen what should I do? Jump from flipped stool on Horse? The Ultimate boss don't give me such despair and butthurt as this level.

Thanks man!!! Finally did it! I think jump mechanics in this game slightly buggy. I never realized that before this hellish level. When you falling you can do only 1 jump, but from the spot - 2 jumps. When game thinks that you falling (like last steps from antenna) you can only do 1 jump. BUT from still position on the edge of antenna - you always can do 2 jumps with pushing forward. Of course nobody can guarantee that you will have enough velocity to jump over that gap.

soo... i have done all the secrets and such(have all the pictures in marceline's house), and i have hit all the female and male characters with ??? so i have seen it all, but in the "machine" all but 4 of breakfast princess's clothes are unlocked, the ones i am missing are the bathing suit normal and big and the ??? alternative to them, is this a bugg?

Make a copy of it into your drive, then make a second copy of that copy in your drive, and then rename it. Should be able to download it then.

Yeah I also got this. I think it's because I didn't use the ??? on breakfast princess before she changed into her swimming suit. So I can get her tatta's out on the beach but in the model viewer I can only see the dress.

first, click the link that takes you to the game download, then make sure you sign-in to google drive. *if you're not already* then go to the top right of the page. hover over the icons tell one of them says (ADD TO MY DRIVE) click it. then hit the button that appears called (organize) you'll get taken to your google drive folder and in you should see the game.(WhatIfAdventureTimeWasA3DAnime_PatreonBeta8_0_) right click the file a drop down menu will appear! find the option that says (make a copy) click it a new file should appear (copy ofWhatIfAdventureTimeWasA3DAnime_PatreonBeta8_0_) and the owner should say *me* right click that file and hit download! and there you go! :)

Mike Inel might I suggest uploading to multiple sites so as to avoid congestion? Google drive is limiting downloads. Maybe try Mega. They are free up to 50 GB of space for file and it's not much different than google drive so doesn't take much to get used to.

The bug seems to be related to the potion upgrade from Fishy. If you have more than 3 and talk to her, you can buy potions from her infinitely.

Each picture has a certain time associated with it (look at the shadows and overall color). You have to change the time to match it. You can change the time by holding down the right mouse button and moving the mouse up or down. Took me a while to figure out =)

The school is in the hole in the wall where the creepy horse was. Pop the crystals to get the costume, but don't leave yet as there is a second secret with the pictures that appear (see my response to Duero below)

So minor bug, when in the room where you find the bomb and dash ability, monsters spawn when you attempt to climb the ladder, however when I died to the monsters, repawned, and then went back to the area with the monsters they didn't respawn and I could climb the ladder freely.

The potions purchasing with Flame princess seems kind of buggy. I can buy potions while I'm full (it costs money, the potions get added to my inventory (not shown but can use). First time I tried to buy I had none and she told me I was full, had to buy them from breakfast princess. Breakfast princess model viewer is missing some models, was driving me nuts trying to figure out what I was doing wrong but it looks like someone else in the comments here was having the same problem. Also, if you could add a feature or setting for mouse focus? I try to use the windows gaming bar (windows key + G) but because focus is stolen by the game, I can't click checkboxes. In windowed mode, it's impossible to move the game window around.

I think it's called the fak-u costume, it looks like a school girl outfit. If you go to the hole where you first see the Poo Brain Horse and use the 4D Sword to get through the hole, you can get to the school. The costume is there, after getting the costume picture frames will show up on the lockers. You then need to run around the school putting the camera in the correct spot for each picture (they will fade in and out as you pass them). Once the picture is in the correct position you need to change time to the correct moment in the picture by holding down dash and moving the mouse. Its a little difficult but once you're done you'll get the 2D Waifu floppy disk for BMO.

Long dash is in Fionna's world atop marshal lee's house. Took me a minute, als I got it using the 4D sword AFTER beating Ice queen. Long dash would make it easier to beat her but you can do it without. Use the demon sword, and just stock up on potions. Also having the max health max stamina helps LOADS. as well as the "Makes potions more potent"

BUG: so weird thing happened to me. After getting killed by ice queen a few times, I decided I wanted to take a break and wanted to exit the game, so I paused and clicked exit to menu. The menu then loaded, but what I saw was interesting to say the least. I definitely agree, most specifically Marceline's House (Secret Level). Bugged double-jumps can be VERY frustrating, especially after you've finally made it to the friggin horse, try to double-jump onto its tail, only to miss and fall back to the ground, causing you to start all the way over. I'd suggest maybe adding a mechanism that can be activated once you've reached the other side of the closed door, that makes getting back to the "half-way" point less frustrating.

Trying to figure out how to get on top of the giant poo-brained horse in the massive version of Marceline's house. And I am missing one more location in order to get the final out fit. The outfit spot underneath Wirt's for Fin. And the last one of Fionna's aside form Garnet's, party gown, and the gym uniform.

You have to defeat Ice Queen in order to get the infinite dash to span on top of Marceline's house. I recommend using the root sword to block most of her attacks. Watch out for penguins though. They will be the bane of your existence once you get to the last stage of the fight.

Using the root sword allows you to block almost all of Ice Queen's attacks. Though I suggest getting the stamina upgrade of you use this method to beat her. Just watch out for penguins during the final stage. They'll spawn right next to you when you are trying to hide behind a pillar.

You really need the double health buff from Breakfast Princess on the beach. With infinite dash you can fully dodge the 6 beam attack he does in the latter of the fight just by holding it. And when he does that stupidly powerful attack you have a window to hit him 12 times before he blocks and hits you.

NVM i finally got the double jump trick. When you jump literally at the edge the double jump fails when you hold it, but when you jump (i.e: lets use the candle stick) near the center you can actually time your jump. That's how i got the last orb.

Loving the update! I loved the reference to Doxy's Fionna x FP comic, and the Phineas and Ferb reference was pretty fun too. One minor gripe I have is when you're playing as Fionna and you're trying to break the barrier within the time limit. If you already have FP tagging along with you, she gets in the way and starts talking when you try to attack.

Use the void sword. It makes sooo much easier. Also, most of his attacks are avoidable, so... yea.

She has the toast model and the bikini model. The former is the default, while the latter becomes available after you finish her slug(dick) mini-quest.

Use void sword. Teleport as soon as he finishes an attack. You can get in 9-11 hits before he counters. Try to figure out which attacks makes him invulnerable, and when you shouldn't teleport to him.

They're not bugged double jumps though. You're just jumping too late. You're likely ending up walking off the ledge and jumping, which counts as the air jump. Try to make sure you're on a surface before you jump. I often just stop pressing forward in cases where the I need to be close to the edge.

You need the mega milk mod. Go back to the repeating maze ( where you went to get the bombs) and go Center, Right, Center, Left and the card should be in the middle of the room. Then take it to BMO to activate it.

FINALLY 100%, took a while but did it, the game still holds up in quality, combat is good in the easy to learn and the bosses have a nice pattern to learn while easy to find is hard to actually preform for some of them (I had a bit of difficulty on ice queen) and nice secret areas for the hidden costumes (the high school area definetly wants me to see you do a generic high school anime opening with the character designs), And very nice to see the credits room and i bet that you will have to add a few more to it in the future (seriously over 5,000 is insane), but i can't wait to see what comes with the next update with flame princess now in the game i can't wait to see her quest happen. so take a well desrved rest for a bit and I can't wait to see either the next update or next project (since you just put up the poll for the next "what if _ was an anime") so good luck with your future work. P.S If you do make Canyons quest in the future you could make it an area to place characters you want to put in the game but aren't sure what to do with yet, just an idea but your choice on what to do :)

Have to change the TIME. If you are using mouse hold the dash button(and make sure the picture snaps into position after as this might knock it out) and move the mouse up or down to change the time. Do it slowly as a couple of the pictures are a little more touchy than others on what time is needed.

just played through the entire beta start to finish. This is coming along beautifully and I'll be upping my pledge in support. Final boss battle was magnificent and the only change I would make is a slight delay between the boss's spells as it is possible to be caught in an endless loop of lightning and ice. Other than that fantastic. Add Bronwyn! JUST DO IT MAN, DO IT!!!

I found them, the school is in the room there the poo brain horse was. 4d soul mode through the hole. And the other stuff is in the two holes in the ceiling right before the horse hole. One by the front and one right at the top of the ramp

I don't know what fetish for making the game impossible you have but the hit detection is worse than earlier versions, attacks that should have been dodged end up hitting and the inability to buy more than one potion is extremely frustrating when you have to run back between failed boss fights to refill them.

I officially am not a fan of the "real finn" fight. i have played all the dark souls games to completion. I have dealt with challenge and attack patterns. I have also put 5 hours into this single fight and will not be finishing it. It is simply not fun. Compared to other bosses in this game, the shear perfect ability tracking and speed advantage the boss finn has in this fight does not make for a entertaining challenge in gameplay. It just feels like you do NOT have a fair chance at it. The first third alone until the boss starts flinging light spheres from the center of the room does not have a SINGLE moment to regain stamina. I could only get through it by dealing enough damage to force the second stage of the fight before my first stamina bar ran out. So many of the abilities can hit you regardless of where you are when they start and whether you are dashing or not. I have also seen different invincibility frames for the boss after the same attacks. At times the player can start dealing damage and other times the boss simply does not react to getting hit during a window which worked previously. Mike Inel i am actually begging you here. Can those of us who simply will not waste more time on this boss fight please get an alternate way around it? Just a skip space hidden in that area would be fine. I will never know what is after that fight otherwise as i am sure some others even less patient than I are likely to miss out as well. :/ Honestly this was the first update i was disappointed with. Three of the same jumping puzzles in different areas instead of the many unique and fun things that exist in this game. Something more like the only stand out in this update that I feel fits the style of this game: the school area time changing. Please try more interesting game-play puzzles like that in the future instead of nearly impossible boss fights.

I'm having some trouble with gamepad controls. Namely: The dash button is also mapped to the pan-camera-right button, which my camera moves whenever I try to Dash. And it doesn't seem like I can unbind that.

*small spoiler* My last task is to "See all the characters in a certain form" .. the 2D Waifu form, and I've looked at and talked to all the characters i believe are affected by the hack. (Bmo, Princess Bubblegum, Prince Gumball, Marceline, Marchal Lee, Jake, Breakfast Princess, Ice Queen, and even the whacked out Poo Horse) but the task has yet to be completed. Real Finn needs to be nerfed by alot i cant get past stage 3 and when i do its a insta-death if im hit in any of the stages afterwards, i literally have two achivements left and those are 1. Defeat Real Finn and 2 Get Real Finns sword but because Real Finn is seemingly impossible to defeat i cant complete those achivements and at this point all i want is to kill Real Finn so i can die happy also i got to the last time i had to hit him to defeat him twice and he did use a move that i cant mange to dodge and killed me right before i got him hit and i swear im going to have to go to a therapist for anger management if i ever kill him

Practice dodging his stuff, if anything he's too predictable after you've figured out what he does and what to do, for example, when you see him using his lasers during his (3rd?) form all you have to do is double jump and infinite dash directly above him until the animation is completed.

The key to dodge the crazy laser spin is to change your sword to the 4D and hover over him in spirit form until he's finished. The charge up to fire the lasers gives you enough time to do so.
