So tired. -_- I'm glad I at least have this piece of fanart to keep you company; it was an unexpected arrival on the Steam artwork page, which sometimes just gets new artwork out of nowhere.

This week I combined the releases of Deadgold and Depthless Hunger 3 with my big AMA and all related promo. I also dealt with various reports on the new TLS build, which is open to $1 patrons as well. The art pack for $10 backers has also been updated with all the new scenes, new fanart, etc.

Throne of Time briefly reached the main page of RR, even hitting #6 for a while, but it has been bumped down again. It may not be able to compete fully with the current meta of stories on the site; that's always been the case for my work, but I hoped to do better in a different subgenre.

Consulting with people who spend more time there, what's holding ToT back in the algorithm may be a lack of favorites/ratings/reviews. Now, please don't make a new account to review the story, as that would both be and look like review manipulation. But if you do have an account, please throw a favorite and rating onto the pile. And if you actually use RR and enjoy the story, it could use more full reviews.

No more promotion, please. T-T I don't like that this sort of thing matters more than my actual work, but it's unfortunately the case. At least I've cleared out a lot of it, so hopefully I will be more creatively productive by next weekend.

I will try to review ToT too. soon, assuming it doesn't look sus that my recently made account would give that book a glowing review? I would give one for Deadgold as well as I just finished reading it tonight! (I already can't wait for more! xD it somehow felt surprisingly short in a way?) though I have had bad luck when it comes to reviews on amazon. I don't know if its a matter of not being detailed enough or what....

If you made a RR account just now, then I'm afraid a review would indeed look suspicious. Your follow, favorite, and rating will still help, though! Amazon is highly capricious when it comes to reviews, so it's hard to say the issue there. It could be absolutely nothing but a disgruntled algorithm, but do be forewarned that we have reports of anyone saying they read the book prior or even using the word "Patreon" getting reviews deleted.
