Update time! This was my focus for all of December, and I think it has some good content, so I hope this release helps get people's year off to a good start!

TLS 0.59.0

- New segment finishing the Incubus War.

- Minor edits to the prison content.

- New scenes, the number depending on how you count them.

- Art exists for 14 new scenes, but to make my release window, it was deferred. Expect it to be added to the .1 or .2 update.

Hmm, what to say about this one? It's the culmination of the entire war and setting up for the final endgame stage. It has one element I don't know how people will take (mentioned earlier) and a lot of things I'm hopeful that players will really enjoy.

There's usually a disclaimer that the background math is preliminary and likely to change, but this time I should add that the variable checks are more demanding than usual. In several cases, I ran out of time and energy to refine the ranges for multiple saves. The intent is to soften the requirements after the numbers-oriented people have time to look through everything.

I'm also opening to shifting some things across the entire war. I'm virtually certain that there are switches I added to the 0.57 content that weren't properly accounted for. There are also some bonuses for player research, some exactly as planned, but I found myself feeling like I missed an opportunity not including more benefits for different research projects in the first half of the war. As always, I try to avoid past tweaks, but the goal is the best final game.

Anyway, with all of this in the air, it's possible that this one will require more iterations and take two weeks to go public. But that aside, there's a lot of payoff in this update that I hope people enjoy!

Hurrah!

Open Sourcerer

I just squee'd out loud. I am a 32-year-old bearded man. I need to see how far back in the war I still have a save file for.

DankPotatoes

Gah, here I was, patreon membership put on pause after several active years, and ready to put TLS behind me for a couple of updates... Then I get itch to play it again during the holidays and now, just 2 hours after I've finished playing through the entire game AGAIN, I see the new update in my notifications. I don't believe in fate, but damnit, sometimes it feels like the world just wants you to take a hint. 0.59, here I come!

DukeLeto7

Well, I know how I'll be spending my evening once the file is downloaded and I dust the snow off my car. Quick update on the revisions to Ordeal and IK Castle Dungeons. I've had less bandwidth this week the expected, owing to various personal issues and resume reformatting, and these are perfectly valid excuses. I definitely wasn't playing other games. The Ordeal coding is finished and the IK Castle is maybe 1/3rd done, but that equates to being 75%-90% done because the IK castle has far fewer floor triggers and no togglable switches, so there are far fewer events implicated in what I'm calling the "stolen base" bug there. (If you party switch and move at the same time, you can step through event triggers without invoking them.) I still need to run my notes past Decanter and get thisgamething to test to the script, but the thing should be ready for inclusion by 0.59.2.

Decanter

> Minor edits to the prison content. What should we be looking for here, and does any of it have implications for those writing guides?

Bug Report: On arriving in Aram, the huddle of haremees? haremites? houris? haropodes? The four of them talking are Yarra, Varia, Trin and Yarra. I expect one of them is supposed to be Aka. EDIT: One of the twin Yarra's I mean.

DankPotatoes

Damn. Sorry to say that I've found a game-breaking bug during Alonon's finest moment. (SPOILERS) After he does the thing and speaks to Simon, I thought I was just looking at the world's greatest dramatic pause, but sadly it appears the game just broke, with Simon being the only character on screen on the white and purple map. Probably worth looking into for 0.59.1 Such a shame too, because holy fuck, was it one of the craziest moment in the entire game. A clash of two would be Gods and an old man playing a prank and telling them "no" Edit: Gah, and I just hate that little shit Antarion. No doubt he'll turn "I stood up to the Doom King, who totally killed that nun" into somehow being a leading candidate for the whole Ardan throne debacle. He may honestly get on my nerves more than a certain Stenai princess at this point. Thanks, I hate him

Jeffrey Lebowski

God that was rad up until the bug. The major problems I noticed (not mentioning the smaller stuff because I figure you are going to have your hands full with other things) are that Kai is locked into every party throughout the update and our inventory is still emptied out from the prison. I loved the dramatic moments with Hester and especially Alonon. I'm still not sure which part you think would be controversial. Is it Simon getting Atreyanized and losing the power of horny? That was basically the outcome I was hoping for, Simon just being more pathetically broken than anyone has ever seen him. Also if memory serves, the last thing we saw of Qum in the previous update is that she went catatonic. I remember being super worried and thought that was going to be a big deal, but if she woke up and recovered off screen, maybe that could be mentioned by Orcent who might have been briefed but hadn't seen her in a while?

Hokagine

You sneaky bastard, Sierra Lee! How long have you been planning for the game's title art to show Simon at the end of his time in the prison? This whole time I was thinking it was just a generic image about the futility of war. Great update, though it felt a little short - I guess because it was pretty heavily story focused.

FormerHater

For the most part I can't ever make enough time to play the update as soon as it comes. Today is not most of days. I will try to be brief on my comments. For starters, the explanation of the Prison was terrifying. Three fears everyone has as far as I have discussed with others. The fear of being truly alone, The fear of being completely unable to change anything in any way, to be truly irrelevant. And The fear of not being able to trust your own sense of reality. Convine that with what feels like an endless moment that stretches to the point of centuries or millenia of torment from all those fears. This does feel like a prison meant to break every single being. I loved that concept. I liked the reduction of one of the things I believe makes this game. The feeling of making real decisions with real stakes and real impact. Making choices all around the world felt good, though I felt interactivity in some areas was low to some extent, perhaps due to my own previous decisions. The variation of the segments felt interesting. I will play through them more times before I comment more on my thoughts on each one. Yarra and Varia did overdo the sex jokes at the begining though. Just my opinion. Perhaps it was the density of sex jokes in the mini scenario that made them feel blunt. The Palina scene is not something I had expected but did make a lot of sense. Whenever I thought of Tanurak influence I always thought of senseless riots, not rape, thought it was an obvious thing to overlook given the sex-centric world they inhabit. I guess it had been suggested to a certain degree it could happen, even with the rapist guard copied. Something worth mentioning. I believe the bloody seed challenge is way too easy. First time around i didn't have any paralysis resisting pins on my mages but Hilstara was inmune to it. After a short moment both of my mages fell. Then I noticed Hilstara was too tanky for the enemy to actually deal damage 8/10 times and the miasma was negligible. So I just kept using Hilstara's self heal/buff and her defense-based attack and not once did I feel threatened. I changed my strategy going a second time after seeing how i could affect the scores further. I equipped paralysis resistance equipment with my mages and it was a faster process but they both fell and I honestly felt like it wasn't worth it to revive them. Just having Hilstara at that point was a faster way to end the combat. Don't know if it's possible for the drips to deal % damage rather than normal damage so that even Tank Hilstara is unable to just nullify most attacks. The Hester Plot twist really caught me off guard. Looking forward to understanding more of it. Tanurak just being straight off erased felt odd, satisfying and cool but I just hope he has either left nasty surprises to be sprung, or is able to drag himself into existance once again. While I really like Hester as an Antagonist so far, I hope Tanurak wasn't just sacrificed in the Altar of Hester to prove how strong she is. I encountered the bug in the end. And I honestly couldn't tell if it was a bug or if Alonon had succeeded. Perhaps a bit meta but I thought that was meant to represent how futile everything was. He said nothing could be changed, and perhaps I was supposed to feel that for a moment. Realizing that at the end of the day if the ability to interact or change the world was taken from me by the powers that be then It was just a cruel joke which I had no other option but hear just as he had said before. Then I came here to check after about 10 minutes and realized that It was indeed a bug. As per usual, not only is this fun but your updates always nourish good self-reflections and pondering. Happy new year by the way. Let us hope this year is less chaotic than the last.

Hotenhornay

Hi Sierra! Happy new year, and thank you for your work on this new version! Just a slight typographical oversight: upon teleporting to a new region of Aram, Trin says, "Well, shit. I'm pretty that's Tanurak...", having missed the 'sure'.

Darthjake

Trin? Vain much? nooooooooo.

Ben

That was excellent! Completely bulldozed my plan to read a book which I was literally just about to start when I saw the notification, but I'm not complaining. I only discovered this game at the end of November and got to the previous end in exactly 4 weeks on December the 23rd, so it's quite nice to be able to pick it back up so quickly. There were a couple of what may or may not be bugs which I noticed: In Zirantia there is a bunny mentioning the OZL's implementational of martial law but in my game the NUP were in power and Biyue was there and didn't mention martial law Just after going to the elf Kingdoms in the first cutseen Rialla says something and then repeats a slightly different version of it straight after. In Ardoheim Robin said that Nyst's attack was good and bad, but when she repeated the message she said something else about it being just bad.

Captain Hair

YOU RETCON THIS UPDATE AND KEEP THAT GLORIOUS BEARD RIGHT NOW SIERRA

Q-Riff

I had a feeling that the 'little girl' was (a piece of) Ivala all along, feels good to be right. Trin should take down some notes because that's a pretty neat trick even if the copy was weak. And 'mommy' being hester...there was enough doubts but there really was nobody else who Xerces rival could be. I really liked the pre-battle flirting of Hester and Xerxes. they truly seemed destined for each other.

Andrei Bucur

Hi Devs, Does the update really end with them being destroyed by Aladon and Simon standing alone in the Tower, not being able to do anything? Menus don't work and cant move or do anything

Mycroft

Greeting, thank for the update, needed that right now. Still playing it, but I think I found a small mistake : as soon as Aka is talking for the first time in the update (in Aram) she say "but IT how do it end with the four of us". I think that the IT between "but" and "how" is out of place (or my english is maybe worst than I think, which is a possibility) Also, soon after that, Trin say (after teleportation) "I'm pretty that's Tanurak" : I think that "sure" is missing

CCCCFF

Really liking this so far! Found a small bug in the Zirantian section where just to the south of the middle house the carpets and piles of stuff act as a ladder and you can walk right through them. The cart right below that also lets you phase through a bunch of it. https://adad64.com/img/zirantianladders.png

Lamsey

Well, that escalated quickly. I see now how it makes sense for there to be one more open-world section and a bunch of side quests before moving towards the final events, not least because it'll take time for Simon to recover. The Hester reveal wasn't entirely unexpected (what do you mean, it wasn't Future Qum?), but I thought that she might have been working with Alonon rather than ending up in opposition. I look forward to the fallout and recovery, not just of Simon but of the goddesses too. Not sure I entirely disagree with Hester about what Simon did to Palina being 'just as foul' a manipulation, but I recognise it's probably the limit of what he could do for her. The scene is unpleasant, so I hope that any potential artwork isn't pornographic to the extent that rapey types will get off on it, but I do recognise its narrative value. I guess I need to make sure I don't use Sabitha during Esthera's section next time... The Bloody Seed battle was probably on the easy side, but I worked out the weaknesses fairly quickly and I guess it needs to be balanced for Altina potentially being missing. The other combat seemed fine to me balance-wise. I think I may have tried too hard to balance all the country scenarios, so I ended up with no reward chests at the end, but I haven't dug into the numbers yet.

Jeffrey Lebowski

Also, I can't see any other reports of it, so I'll just mention it, but in the Zirantian village when we first talk to Biyue (Supported no one in chapter 3), Uyae calls her "Balia"

Jeffrey Lebowski

Ok I just realized I closed the game prematurely after only viewing a small part of the Palina scene because I assumed it was over after it first cut back to Simon and Tanurak and I was unnerved. But I just watched it in its entirety, and I now see that it is actually an important scene in Simon's development and a good fundamental struggle between Simon and Tanurak. And that the scene wasn't as utterly bleak as I first assumed. I've always liked Palina as a character, she's always been strong, determined, and idealistic, so I'm glad we got to see her personal strength and her allies pull her through that situation, even if they needed Simon's help. I've reconsidered skipping it since it does seem important to the overall flow and development of the section (which is a testament to your writing ability considering how visceral my urge to close the entire window was when the scene first started). Fantastic work on this update!!

NeverHelm

I have a bit of a bug report, and it's a pretty big one as it breaks story progression significantly: Entering the Twisted Glen map in the first Chapter 5 free-roam section (where one of the collectibles is) seems to trigger an encounter from the post-prison content involving an assault from Fuzkao's forces. I haven't actually gotten to that part of the game yet so I don't know when this is supposed to happen, but it plays a cutscene afterwards so I'm guessing it's probably important and sets a bunch of story flags. It could just be a problem with my saves, though. Still, it's a pretty serious bug and it's probably worth taking a look at the triggers for this event and making sure the sanity checks prevent it from happening too early.

Rachnera

Nice update! I especially liked the rescue scene at the end. Quick remarks: Maybe add a save between the end of Tanurak's speech and the Empress' section? Would act as a transition, and make reloading to see the other short-term outcomes of that section smoother. Likely on purpose, but the "loot" option in that scene feels almost meta. Like "are you really pausing saving the world to grab a few shinies?" Biyue comments on how good Zirantia infrastructures are even if the Zirantia Infrastructure investment wasn't done. No idea if a bug or not. The music is weirdly louder in the elven palace. Megail favoring Tak'Kan seems to improve Darghelon and Gheldaron scores. Not sure if intended or not.

Mycroft

After finishing my first playthrough of the update : - Is the scene with Palina the scene you were afraid of ? I found the Varia rape scene worse, because it is a direct consequence of a choice from the player, but maybe i missed something. - Why is esther considering that Simon is responsible for what happen to Palina ? - I did not understand what Anolon did at the end. I understand that he made everyone asexual for a moment, but I do not undersand how it helped him to lock his ennemies (or to slow them down at least). - Will the sex scene with the harem be locked in the next update, due to simon's conditions ? Thank a lot for the update.

Agumentic

And so Tanurak goes just as he appears: With little fanfare or foreshadowing. I think I understand what was the aim of his character, and I appreciate it in theory, but I feel like as he is now, he doesn't quite meet it. Neither his power nor how little he can do with it in a new, changed world feel apparent enough, and I think there's not enough emphasis on how in his attempt to start mattering, he ultimately wasted and misapplied so many of his strengths, a real player could swat him like a bug. But to fix it would require a rather significant rework (maybe foreshadowing of his existence and return in chapter 3/4 and then some new scenes and events in chapter 5), so if it ever happens, it'll be in the far-off future. For now, as Hester says, good riddance. Edit: Looking through the code, two things I found in Ardoheim - one, the game checks INV: Nyst from Second Gathering instead of IW: Nyst from the war, which is probably a mistake. Second, during the rush to the Crystal, there is Ginasta RP 100 check, which I think is literally impossible to have at the moment. Also, Obnoxious Orc copy in Tak'kan doesn't seem to appear either positively or negatively, and I am not sure if that's intended. Same with that saved Orc Champion, but that's a more iffy one.

Seriathus

I love the complexity, and honestly I feel pretty proud of having been able to balance the Gheldaron and Darghelon scores perfectly at the first try, while keeping all the boosts for Tak'kan and Ardoheim that were needed. I feel like the themes of TLS shone through perfectly in this update, and idk if I'm in the minority but I feel like the Palina scene was very well done. Just the right amount of shock, perfectly fitting for the characters and themes. Hester was a fucking hypocrite, incidentally. If I understood what was happening correctly, Simon did what's possibly the most respectful thing possible for Palina: give her some strength and let her win the battle on her own. What the fuck did Hester do for her? Mind you, this is not a criticism of your writing, in fact I feel like this is a perfect example of what I believe you were going for thematically. Simon's approach may lack one grand plan for everything, but it means he doesn't lose sight of the human scale, of the people who actually have to live through these grand follies. And that is the difference between him and our last two villains. Kinda wonder what the Anak's plan is. From Ginasta's description, it sounds like he wants to basically nuke the world. Or idk, turn everyone into robots. While Hester sounds like she wants to basically unperson everyone.

Iijil

I feel like the introduction to the sylvan region events should mention that the group is trying to help Darghelon and Gheldaron equally. And why that is important. As it is I came in there expecting just to help as much as we can. One of the first people I talked to then suggested hindering a side to make them equal, which just seemed odd. Later I found Lynine and Orilise are keeping score of how well the two countries are doing, without yet seeing any reason for it. That made the section appear unfinished.

Agumentic

Is the Fleet Switches from the before Incubus Prison not doing anything in this update intended?

Grim8P

Finally got caught up on the newest update! DAAAAAAAAMN that was awesome! So many awesome things I won't go nuts writing out here, especially after how many comments this has already. Two things I'm specifically curious about, both related to notes I took during my gameplay about typos and such. 1. Now that I have RPGM and can look at game data, is there extra information I can provide during bug reports that would help? Exact map / event names or anything? Basically what's your preferred level of info for a bug report? 2. I have not read the 100+ comments on this post and I imagine the typos and similar I caught have been reported. Would you like what I wrote up anyway just in case I caught something that hasn't yet been reported or are you confident that you'll be good? No worries if you don't think you need them.

genericname12345

Caught up on the update. Gat dang that was interesting - so many new developments. One thing for Zirantia; can we get to talk to Biyue to gain an analysis of Zirantia again rather than just an 'are you ready to move on now' switch? Since we have some decisions to make and some of what she said seemed important.

Jeffrey Lebowski

Quick typo report (or possibly intentional decision report I guess) after replaying the war from the beginning. One of the lines Simon says when learning Familial Flame (after clearing the Cave of Darkness) is repeated verbatim when he picks up the Amulet of Chaos (after clearing the Elemental Vortex) much later. Specifically, he says "I've never been much good with magic and my shard is useless here, but surely..."

Agumentic

Replaying the war, there probably needs to be a comment about Qum recovering. She is catatonic after the ritual, doesn't say anything and is not mentioned when the harem is discussing the situation immediately afterwards and is then suddenly fine when we come to Tak'kan.

Tempest

Really enjoyed the update, there's a great pace of tension in the game and a good culmination of past choices and I look forward to see how they become further refined. To that end there was one thing that left a sour taste in Esthera's choices and energy expenditures. The actions Esthera needs to take feels like things that Simon has already dealt with. I know that there's still a lot going on, as Simon's main goal was to get to the Goddess before the others, but he wasn't ignoring the rest either. The Airship Battle Calculation refers back to the IW LoB scores, but wouldn't the values of energy she needs to expend be impacted by those prior choices? Such as attacking the nearby ships or the assisting the fleet. If you already sent Esthera to penetrate the base, and/or took the LoB Island path over the fleet path, the energy she needs to expend to raid his Loot might be lessened due to the island having it's defenses already thoroughly roughed up. If you took the Fleet path, and respective of your Reinforcement choices, the Agnostic might have a lessened cost to save, due to the crew already doing some daring things and having confidence to execute them, needing only a little more support to get out safely.

DukeLeto7

Yay! New comment thread for my meta-analysis of Fulminato's game math spreadsheet, with attention to your in game code comments. We already mentioned the switches related to Simon's orders to the airship fleet after meeting Mithyn. Semi-related, I would say that the check for saving the Agnostic is too harsh. Not sure what else should be in the New Givini check excepting maybe Mage Guild funding and Elleani being Warden of the South. The corrupt priestess from Ramasta who Trin could have copied might merit a mention in the Aram area if Trin is dead, regardless of whether there ought to be a game mechanical effect from that occurrence. Perhaps a free and economically healthy Eustrin might have some impact on the situation in Aram? Neranda being able to sub in for Sabitha by charging in with a cadre of dwarren warriors and consequently being "big damn heroes" probably disrupts your narrative too much, but I thought I'd run the notion past you. Likewise, it seems like Neranda ought to be able to exert diplomatic pressure on Ardoheim or possibly give aid to the Elven nations. Looks like the same issue we had in the Twisted Glen impacts the Western Aram Desert map. Similarly, the effect of Trin's sudden death on Yuanuon might be referenced. Zirantian infrastructure has been mentioned, I'll chime in here and say that I think the Zirantian check for Biyue's leadership is too stringent. Related, none of these checks take account of the development implied by the various country scores other than New Givini and the Chalice States. If a player has spent the time and resources to boost Zirantia to a score of 50+, it feels like there should be some acknowledgement on this. Similar for Tak'kan. Of course we don't know what the effect of the "Zirantia Impact" switch would be at this time, so perhaps these sort of calculations could mitigate the negative impact in the next update. On a more meta level, it's notable that Erosia, Rodak and Stenai aren't making any direct or indirect contribution here, even if it's just to send emergency supplies to Zirantia, Tak'kan or the Elven Kingdoms or exerting diplomatic pressure on Ardoheim. These can be justified in that Erosia and Rodak are rebuilding shattered economies, Stenai is a minor player, and the Thenoursan nations are irrelevant to the Church of Ivala insofar as the politics are concerned. But again, if a player threw all of their chapter 5 ProN at developing one country in particular, it seems that ought to be acknowledged. Similarly, no checks are made against the Economy, Social or Religion values. The IW: Fuzkao score doesn't get checked. This is supposed to represent how much damage Fuzkao's air force took during the fighting, and it seems this should be relevant to how much trouble the elves are going to be in. It looks like the 29-25 tier of Elven aftermath effects is missing a conditional for damaging Denmiel in the event of an imbalance favoring Darghelon. I'd argue the check for the results in the Elven regions are too liberal. It's possible to hit 32 combined points while directing Megail to aid Tak'kan and Janine to pressure Ardoheim. Presuming you went all in on boosting orc magic at the second gathering, the maximum possible value is 17 at the time it is checked in Tak'kan. Well optimized players (found all the unique orcs, researched orc evolution, got the war preparations bonus, got Ghenalese volunteers and talked to Stark in Ch. 4) prior to the 2nd Gathering who didn't put either of Balia's boosts will start this section with a magic of 5, and can grab up to 8 points more. The maximum possible for sapience is 14. Folks who grabbed all the possible sapience but didn't put any of the 2nd Gathering boosts into that value will start this section with 8 and can acquire 2 points from Qum. 9 is the maximum possible attractiveness, well optimized people who used none of the 2nd Gathering boosts for attractiveness will start with 5. For game balance, it may make sense to give Qum the option of boosting attractiveness +2 by healing "Pretty orcs". We get no diplomatic points with Ardoheim for rebuilding Feroholm, despite that being a major boost to one of their provinces. (Indirectly, it gives you Ivalan Acceptance to burn, of course.) Potential things for Robin to report on: There's the magical disturbances/rift side quest we did ages ago in our first Ch2 visit to Ardford. The presence or absence of the essence shielding research presuming some dribbling idiot or catastrophe run player neglected/chose not to do it. Whether or not Sister Beatrice has been recruited to the palace staff or otherwise spoke to her in Ch 5. Jhenno's ongoing cooperation on matters of religion? Herin as opposed to Kaskia being the middle priestess, and Trin's copies of Kaskia's staff having an effect depending on whether she's alive or not. This one's out of left field, but maybe the crystal refining business we had the chance to buy into in Ch 2 or Ch 4 could provide some intelligence by virtue of having helped build the defensive crystals. Maybe Sir Bartholemew of the Order of Silence could offer to lean on the church? Kinda contrary to their whole schtick but we have the precedent from the Synod. Sx maintenance folks in the guardhouse are implicitly already covered by Dari's report on the Sx tunnels approach. I have absolutely no idea how the Sanitation Mages could be referenced here, but they still exist. I'd suggest 50 or 60 as a more appropriate threshold for Ginasta's RP check, although people with less "highly optimized" saves might bid lower. With reference to the Nyst check in the Ardan calculations, the IW_Nyst score checks we ended up with at the start of the finale of battle on Mithyn's island were <= 6 for best results and <=8 for second best. Likewise, there's no Ardoheim score check. Our political capital scores with the various non-Hester high priestesses might plausibly factor in to the aftermath of the effects of the events in Ardoheim. Hester's score might be valid for her "RP", as would her barrel conversation with Carina, although this is partly baked into her high priestess score. Likewise, high Religion may impress her. Plus there are the various religious investments (Ch1 shrine, Ivalan Bank, Ch3 monastery refurbishment, Lustlord Temples, Lustlord Statues, the Ivalan Temple in Gasm Falls, Religious Acceptance Program and Succubus Knights) Regarding Hester's reaction to Ivalan Acceptance, its range of possible values are: +21 - -7 Getting to very much above 10 requires hoarding the score, doing strange things like talking to Esmera and/or Kerannii during the Eustrin negotiations but not using the value to press for Eustrin. +1 Feroholm restoration +1 Stineford farmstead given to the poor +3 Funding the religious acceptance program in Helvanna +1 Funding Ivalans in Rodak +1 Choosing to get Uneanun to support the Doom King -3 Carina burns influence to support Elleani's quest (not if < 3) +5 - -2 Succubus acceptance vote -1 Talking to Kaskia during Eustrin negotiations if she was promoted -2 Not talking to Kaskia during Eustrin negotiations if she was promoted +2 Favor from Esmera during Eustrin negotiations if you kept your deal +3 Favor for Kerannii during Eustrin negotiations if you kept your deal +1 Favor from Kerannii during Eustrin negotiations if you refused her deal -3 Carina burns influence to support Eustrin independence +3 - -2 Resolution of return to Stineford section +1 All Stineford magic points cleared -1 Give Stineford mine to Succubi or seize it for self if the church has diverged +2 Use religious logos on Rodak support aid -1 - -3 Sarai uses influence on barriers (not if < 1 - 3)

Agumentic

Oh yeah, one thing I just thought off - maybe have divine shards play some role? Idk, maybe helping Robin break the barriers.

sierralee

Okay, I have made my best effort to address everything brought up so far. There are a few questions in the chain above, and some people have yet to leave feedback, but I hope the majority of the work for the .1 version is in place. Further tweak suggestions are still welcome, as I should be able to meet my deadline tomorrow regardless. Anyone seeing this, I advise waiting until the update, unless the questions or tweaks issues mentioned above apply to you.
