The weekly update falls on Christmas this year, so I'll keep this brief. I hope everyone has a great holiday! If you're with family, enjoy them. If you're alone, hope you have a relaxing day off. If you're working... me too.

See you next week in 2017.

Merry Christmas to all!

Sierra... I believe there is something wrong with your payment system... I have been trying to jump to the 10$ pledge but it keeps saying there is something wrong with my payment ..... I believe it to be an issue on your side of the house because I was able to increase another pledge to a different creator without issue.... ( I tried to increase you... fail.... went to different creator.... success first try..... back to you... same fail) same card was used the whole time .... I really want to bump up.... please please please try to figure out whats wrong... thank you

sierralee

Unfortunately, I have zero control of anything related to payment processing. I'm afraid you'll have to contact Patreon support to see if there's a problem.

Hopefully come the 1st they didnt screw up your acct. And you get paid your current pledges... wish i could find a phone number for them

Darthjake

You might also call your bank to verify, could be a screwup on the bank end, I've had that happen before.

Darthjake

Merry Chrismas! Rogue 1 is totally worth seeing!

Patrick Poulsen

Already did.... not even showing up.... but the one that did increase using the same card is there.... im just having trouble exclusively with giving my money to sierra on the patreon website

Patrick Poulsen

ok so I was able to bump up to 10$ level.... so how do I get the latest versionouroboros?? please and thank you

sierralee

Glad it seemed to work itself out! The best way to get Ouroboros is to message me, but since I already had your profile up, I'll send you a message shortly!
