Finally, the reunion Rachel has been working towards, at least in a way. But I feel like it was just the setup. To be honest, I wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer if the chapters were longer, a full meal instead of an appetizer so to speak. Don't get me wrong I want as much Salvos as often as possible. That said, I feel like it would be more satisfying to combine 2-3 current chapter into one interwoven package. I feel like that would be more satisfying for us as reader and would also allow you, MelasD, to explore a bit more / immerse us and yourself in the situation. I hope this makes sense and doesn't read like glibberish... ;)
