Are company’s just groupings of adventurers with a common goal or more monetary goal oriented? Like could you have a company with a meme goal like annoying people under bridges, or weird requirements like dressing as magical girls. Other worlders have likely had a LOT of cultural impact now that we know one exists.

It really depends on the company. The Iron Champions Company is more money oriented, mixed in with a desire for power. The Valiant Dreamers on the other hand, are more goal oriented.
