Gotta stand by Salvos here. From what we’ve seen so far, being a demon is pretty much better than being a human. Perhaps humans have their own benefits. A couple benefits I can see existing are that classes are probably more diverse than sub-species and humans probably have more crafters (and therefore items) than demons.

While not needing to eat is certainly cool, eating can be quite pleasurable. But I guess it would seem burdensome to a being that never even knew 5e concept before
