It’s almost like she’s been alive for less than a decade, and has never taken the time to get especially good at communication. It also explicitly states that she doesn’t feel like there’s anything to do rn. She’s giving a summary, not trying to persuade anyone into action

Finally a bit of Lofus ( amazing name by the way ) and Alder action. Also I like Helena a lot better now, I bet she suspects that Salvos isn't human but doesn't truly care. Really excited for the next chapters!

I bet Warshade thinks the reason she knows it is that she knows one of those world travellers that remain, and can't talk about it because they're so much more powerful than her. Sort of true with the devil, even if he originated in the demon world.

I fully agree with you. Even more so, I think that for Salvos this is an excelent explanation on the subject, actually I think that this is the best explanation that she has given on any subject in the story. It is quite appropriate for her character, as she not only is not good at explaining things, but also finds it anoying to explain things in detail (as detailed as she can).

Not fully outed, but basically yes, she has given a reason to doubt her being human. The unwillingness to express from where she has gotten her information has probably only made her being a human even more dubious (for Helena).

Yeah, Salvos is absolutely horrible at explaining things. She's gotten a bit better as she's matured but that's not saying much since the Salvos of a few years prior would probably have kicked that incredulous rude guy in the balls and stormed off.

Helena Warshade certainly does live up to her reputation. It's a shame more of humanity's elite leadership isn't more like her.
