Trivia time! Oxygen deprevation is extremely rare condition and it is very unlikely to happen in a sealed room situation. Normally in a sealed room toxins develop which lead to death rather than oxygen deprevation. For instance, by breathing humans produce CO2 which is poisonous in beyond human's tolerance threshold. When humans got sealed they'll die due CO2 poisoning way way before Oxygen drops anywhere near to problematic levels.
