ohh also quiet shout out to a2s lashes in the first panel! turns out the reason he stares at a1 so much is bc hes afraid that if he blinks the resulting gust will blow a1 into the clouds

one of the many alts for this scene was a2 pushing the subject and them talking about a1s nightmare but i thought about it and realized that a defining feature of their relationship is that when a1 wants to stop, a2 stops, even for something as inconsequential as a conversation anyways i love them
