I don't want to call it 'Black Arrow II' yet because there is no danger of that outfit being discontinued.  The problem I have is over whether the MSO should have pantyhose or not.  Whichever picture I look at, I think "this is better, definitely this."

I think the bare legs balance out the bare arms better, making for a more harmonious overall outfit. That said, I'd be curious to see what it would look like with some kind of arm coverings, as if she were wearing a body stocking under the dress.
