I'm probably being biased but I actually loved Kyung Soek saying he liked Mi-rae because she's herself and doesn't put up this front like for example Soo Ah does instead of saying just because of her looks, he saw her inner beauty and personality first.

Him telling her he likes her coz she is pretty was worst thing he could say. She did Plastic Surgery to become pretty and she must be thinking he would never look at her if she never had a plastic surgery, whereas what Do Kyung Seok said her was so apt. He likes her coz of who she is and it is not bound by her looks or outer appearance. He just loves her. Real her and he would love her even if he never did plastic surgery. His eyes were on her irrespective of whether she did something on her face or not. I would never say yes to a guy if I had plastic surgery or even if I never had a plastic surgery who says he liked me coz I looks pretty. Thats superficial especially for a girl who has self-esteem issue.
