The quest for a quieter computer has finally begun in earnest and so far... so good? Also: the garage is getting close but what should I hook up to this 4,000 pound CRT that I have out there? On top of all that: DUMP TALK.

Jeff! Important caveat with HD CRTs - they often don't work with 15 khz signals (i.e, NES, anything we consider "240p") and will fuck them up the same exact way modern TVs do. That means the light gun situation is likely a no-go. Something like a 14L5 (https://crtdatabase.com/crts/sony/sony-pvm-14l5) would actually work. Just to be sure, I recommend checking your Wega's model number in the CRT database to see what it's capable of!

I found extension cords used as electrical wires buried in my yard going into the shed outdoors. Also had a hot tub situation from previous owner.
