Microsoft cut around 9,000 jobs today, with "less than half" of those coming from the Xbox division. As a result, games have been canceled and at least one studio has been closed completely. This is all sort of in the middle of happening, so here's a recording from earlier today, as some of the details were just starting to get out there. I feel like this will be something we'll be hearing about for weeks to come.
