While I'd say I really enjoyed Getting Over It, the cottage industry of "weird climbing things" that came in its wake has always left me a little cold. I suppose it makes sense that a new game in this vein from, among others, the creator of Getting Over it has some interesting ideas and things going on in it that might help separate it from the pack.

Whaddaya think? Are you into playing this sort of stuff? Or does it only exist as a game that other people livestream and you might watch?

National Shoes ‘78

Ah, bummer. Liked the trailer, and it’s clearly well-made but the dialogue comes off really straining. Not a fan of characters describing what we can totally see them doing either. If you kept streaming this I’d be up for it - biggest laugh came from you saying “…you piece of garbage.” P.S. Nice Monty Python reference. Come to think of it, the bits where he refuses shoes and a map remind me of the Cheese Shop sketch - except that shuts down any hope of knowing what cheese the shop DOES have with a single brilliant line. Also the characters aren’t as unlikeable.

Well said! I will say I have been enjoying this way more than I expected but I’m also a deeply broken person

I really love that this is a game, but I certainly don’t wanna play it.
