The Dev (Gold) version includes all the functions of the main game, plus extra menus for cheats.

To enable the extra options, click the "debug" button at the bottom of the screen.

Then new different options buttons will appear on the left.

An extra menu tab will also appear in the game's skills section.

-----------------------SAVE LOCATIONS-----------------------You can load saves from the previous game versions to continue your game.Save file locations are found in the following directories.

Windows: %APPDATA%/RenPy/TownOfMagic

Example: C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\TownOfMagic

MacOS: library/RenPy/TownOfMagic/

Linux: ~/.renpy/TownOfMagic

Android: Phone\Android\data\www.townofmagic.com\files\saves

Phone\Android\data\com.townofmagic.tom\files\saves

If a save loading does not work, try loading a save from the Q section of the loading screen.

For Android versions: The newest version will not recognize the same game and will install a new version. You will need to manually transfer older saves to the newest version, so don't delete the older version unless you have completed the save transfer.

You can transfer your saves by moving the save files located at:

Phone\Android\data\www.townofmagic.com\files\saves

to

Phone\Android\data\com.townofmagic.tom\files\saves

Or you can use the Ren'Py Sync server to transfer the save.You can read more info here.
