Boldergeist – Tiny undead, any alignment (Patreon)

For the longest time, the various bolds were considered to be merely soulless abominations – patchworks of flesh shaped by vile spells, animated by false life and driven by pure instinct. All their helpless stumbling, fluttering and crawling through the world seemed to happen without any plan, agenda, or actual consciousness at all. It was only when the first boldergeist emerged from a dying heartbold’s last faint beat that these assumptions were doubted. The tiny spectral manifestation not only bore the very same character and manners as the hearty bold but it also appeared to be quite annoyed or upset even about the physical body it just had lost. The boldergeists might be the true origin of the bolds but still, there are far too many secrets yet to be unveiled to say for sure…
