Mock-Owl - Tiny fiend, chaotic evil (Patreon)

The mock-owl - a peculiar creature of fiendish origin that has perfected the trait of mimicking not only the sound of owls - or any bird for that matter - but also their very appearance. Unfortunately, its diet isn‘t composed of mice, rats or similar-sized rodents but of significantly larger prey - such as adventurers who stray too deep into the darkest woods. In the canopy the mock-owl hides, while its hunger grows - preparing itself to devour its victims...one by one.
