Oh, dear (or should I now spell that with a capital D?)! 😊 I have "festive" paper napkins left from winter, with an antler design and "Oh, deer!" written on them. I feel like Lasko would probably use those for his Dear on the breakfast table. 💜 Whenever Lasko just frantically *rambles* like that, I have to grin and giggle, and then I'm worried that, if he were a real person, or someone real who stutters like that sat in front of me, they'd think I'm laughing at them. But what makes me giggle is just the little but many "extra paths" his thoughts always branch off into, and I find that fascinating and cute. It's like his mind has 100 tabs open at once and he's hopping between all of them in a pattern nobody but him can comprehend. I'd almost want to interrupt him, to ask about various of those "side branches of thought", but I'd also NOT want to interrupt him, because that would just be unfair to him.🤭 Also, I totally feel for Damien in this scenario! Many years ago, a friend and her sister planned a little surprise trip for me. It was just a day trip, but with several fun stops and activities. They made a big fuss about it and wouldn't tell me before what it was about, only that I'd have to get up *really* early. I was so mad! I pried and tried, but couldn't get anything out of them. I couldn't sleep the entire night, and would have beaten David in terms of grumpiness in the morning! 😆But then it turned out to become a very fun day!! Only, I was terribly tired the whole time. What's a bit crazy is, that just last night I looked at the photos from that day again after ages, and now I'm listening to this and Damien's reaction reminded me so much of myself back then. Funny coincidence! lol
