I have some thoughts (sorry it's so long, but I have been waiting so patiently for some Meridian lore that it's been pent up for a while!) 1. I love that both Vega and Hush bring their partners with them to this discussion. 2. I need the universe in which Max's Rustic Pizza is critical to the mission of bringing a Sovereign to Min'Ara and E'Laetum! 3. Once again, the Sovereigns have created life out of the arcana, and even though it is a different life, they are treating Hush the same way they treated the daemons when they first created them. At the time of creation, it never occurred to the Sovereigns that the daemons would want to have their own agency, and it seems they have made the same mistake again. With the arrival of Doc in his life, Hush is going to have to make that same decision - stay in Aria and die when they are done with him, or fight to maintain control over his own life. Like the daemons in the Cacophony, the impacts of the Sovereigns on the fate of the humans may be the deciding factor (Hush's feelings for Doc that were not foreseen or expected by Min'Ara and E'Laetum making him veer from the purpose given to him). Very nice parallel! 4. From the interactions with Starlight, it seems they are cold and calculating and that is what is happening here. They see the need to save Elegy, they see a pathway to doing that, and they are going forward with the plan to save the many even if that means sacrificing a (relative) few demons and/ or humans. It seems at the end that Vega is willing to at least entertain this idea but still holds animosity toward all Sovereigns. I can't wait until we find out Hush's answer!!!!! 5. When Vega was "killed", Hush then reconsidered his action but didn't seem to do it because it was Vega, but because it was an Anacruces he killed and Min'Ara and E'Laetum wouldn't like it that he killed an Anacruces. If it was because of Vega specifically, I wonder if the Sovereign he is going after is D'Deridahn. 6. We've heard The Drove, and it seems that the Sovereign have morphed into this one entity. If I understand that correctly, could it be that Min'Ara and E'Laetum are not concerned about the aftermath of removing one Sovereign and leaving the rest because they know that there is only one to take? That's all I have right now. Gonna listen a few more times to see what I am missing. I may be back with even more theory!

I'm VERY behind in the DAMN story (had to unsub, i think, over a year ago), so can someone PRETTY PLEASE summerize what I've missed for me??🙏 Who's close knit? (Deffo rings a bell, same with the Sovereigns, but ive forgotten ^^;;,) Who is Hush? What's their relationship with Vega (and MC)? And what on earth does "Egregore" and "annicrusis" mean? XD

I had to unsub from Redacted for a year for the same reason - but if MY broke ass can come back, so can yours :P (I get 120 a week in disability, and that has to pay my rent, bills, food/groceries AND medical expenses T___T)

The sovereigns made all demon kind… not sure about humans. Hush is the ultimate weapon that was made by the two Sovereigns in the Meridian, holding the worlds together. Hush killed Vega and then brought him back to life. I can’t remember what the second word means… original maybe? Vega was an original demon, and Hush thought the Sovereigns would be upset he killed him… I think. You should go back and listen to audios for Avior, Hush, Vega, Blake and Elliot.
