A night swim just in time for the new heatwave that's struck where I live, yay! I wish, I had a pool right now, too. WITH a sexy vampire in it, of course! :-))) I love, that we now have each couple's thoughts on the evening the four had spent together (Vincent and Lovely having shared their thoughts about it right after the dinner, and now Porter and Treasure's perspective afterwards). It makes me feel even worse for Porter, though, the way he talks about how his correspondence with William had been in the past years... And how his job doesn't involve much talking - true, but also very morbid. It's really no wonder he's become so sarcastic and aloof. It's his way of protecting himself. Now he's discovering that there's someone else he might also want to protect. I wonder, how long it's gonna take before Porter resigns his "job". And if he indeed does, how William is gonna react with one Solaire after the other opting out... But for now I'm just happy to enjoy this delightfully awkward side of Porter! Who knew?! XD He's such a tough "bad boy" and usually so cool and assertive. Him practically being nervous with Treasure now is freakin' cute! Uhhh, and I love how "trigger-happy" he is with the biting! XD It's fun to see how each of the vampires/couples has a different approach to that (due to history, circumstances and just general personality). ♥
