😭 He succeeded. Porter got me real emotional. All past grievances, if any had been left by now, are forgiven. Now I just want to hug that guy really tight! 🥺 I'm glad, he's opening up to Treasure like this, and I'm glad he's so happy with them. Especially after hearing these details of his past, I think, he deserves that happiness even more. He also deserves to *not* be used by anyone anymore! I still believe or at least hope, that William isn't truly an evil person. He does, what has gotten him to live this long, I guess... He thinks, he's doing the right thing, and maybe sometimes that's even true. The world is complicated. And if Porter doesn't do the job, then William would get someone else to do it, if he can't do all the dirty work himself for various reasons. So, in any way or form, somebody would find themselves in this unfair position (unless they're sadistic or psychopathic enough to enjoy such a job). No idea what the perfect solution for that dilemma would be. I just know, Porter has to quit the position! 🙏 With his background story? The whole time he seemed so tough, strong, callous and arrogant. And I guess, he is. But not because he's *actually* such a strong person. To me, it now looks like he's actually very vulnerable, in a way. He had to become like this in order to survive everything he went through. It's his armor. Heh, and he used to blame Vincent for how he behaved, when at the same time his own behaviour was also just a defence mechanism. I bet, the two are going to become really good friends yet (the first step has been done, after all). I could also imagine, Porter and Sam could bond more over their shitty pasts. Sam hasn't exactly had a picture book family, either... Those three boys have more in common than they all think. 🤔 Man, I'm hoping so bad, we're getting to see/hear a confrontation/conversation with William and Porter sometime! That would be so thrilling!🤞 Now I'm gonna go to bed and probably lay awake for another hour, trying to imagine what fun thing Porter and Treasure might be up to after this emotional story. Maybe breaking into a museum, disabling the alarm, and looking at dinosaur bones? Or stealing (borrowing...!) horses and going for a night ride? They could ride by Sam's new place and make cowboy jokes... 🤠 Or maybe they'd go dancing? Showing off a little, if Treasure's old friends are at the club again... 🤭 Would be nice, if I could dream about something like that tonight. Last night's nightmares sucked. 😅

Porter's past and being a youngest child makes his reaction to Sam and Vincent leaving the House make so much more sense. I kind of hope we'll eventually get to find out more about Vincent's family pre-turning. We've gotten a couple of stories about his parents but he's always felt like an oldest child to me
