the debut of a character I've had on the backburner for a long time. Naos was originally planned to appear way back in the wake of the Inversion, but he never quite came together until now, as a part of this saga for the Project Meridian/McKinley Series listener-character. hope you enjoy!

Yay, a new character and a new type of demon! I wonder if we’ll someday have at least one character of each type! Please tell us more about this demon matching app! That’s a brilliant concept! I hope it has a witty pun name. I love his insights on emotions. Very therapeutic even though he’s not a therapist.

Oh my GODDD! This video was incredible, the flashback part gave me chills!! I also absolutely LOVE Naos' voice! I know we're well acquainted with the patented 'soft demon voice' but for some reason Naos' voice stands out as my favorite. I also love the idea of a demon therapist matchmaking app (thank you Spooder for suggesting the name FYND, love it) and I REALLY hope we get to see Naos more in the future. I've been dying for another McKinley audio and I dropped everything I was doing to listen. Thank you, Erik!

Just last night I wondered, how many (if any) more new character's the McKinley story would get. How big the "new gang" might grow. And promptly another new demon pops up! 😊 I want an app like that in real life, too! How useful! You'd think, an audio with a Misery demon in it would be more... unsettling or something like that. This does feel somewhat "heavy", but in a gentle, relaxing way. I did have to wipe away a few tears, because..., lets just say, if the guy moved in with me, he'd become overweight. 😅 However, this scene also has the typical Redacted magic in it, where even digging into less pleasant emotions and memories is still strangely calming and comforting. Of course, the soothing, quiet voice helps, and the nature sounds in the background. Well done, as always! I already like Naos! 👍 It's funny: I had actually just listened to the whole Project Meridian playlist again some days ago. And for whatever reason, up until then I had totally forgotten Quinn's involvement in the listener character's story! I mean, he's literally the reason why Dreamer is where they are now! He started it all! How had I forgotten that part? The mesh that is sometimes my brain must be wider than I thought. 😆 Or my brain is actually amazing and tried to protect me from remembering such an evil character. 😨😅 But when I did get reminded of Quinn in Project Meridian, I immediately wondered if or when he, or what he'd caused, might be brought up again with Dreamer now. I got my answer tonight. My initial guess had been, that Dreamer might eventually open up about that incident to one of the others, *if* they perhaps became more than just friends with one of them. Or even just with whomever they trust the deepest as a platonic friend. But the concept of this app is very cool, and Naos sounds very kind. Not at all what I had in mind, when I thought about Misery demons. 💜 Also, cool thumbnail again! I like the design!

I was ready to not like Naos because of the creepy look of the video. Also, I forgot misery demon had meant he would need to take or sit with misery. It's exactly the video I needed though. I am going through really awful medical junk that was supposed to be easily dealt with. So I keep coming back to Naos when I feel helpless.
