Still have conflicted feelings. Like I still. love him but my thoughts are like this. 1) he asked to get invoked. Which tbh I figured would happen, but it makes my mind reel a little. 2) there was already a power and partner imbalance. Not very prominent but it was still there. 3) as he said, a year and a half ago we had just learned we had powers, so if our powers are kinda muted like Sam, how are we gonna react to that? Like I will always love Vincent but I'm still very very uncertain rn about everything that went down

Thank you Erik for taking us on this road to recovery this one was kinda uplifting in a way with how calm Vincent was and how well he was trying to explain to lovely what was happening and that they're more then just prodigy. I was so scared that this story line I loved so much was going to become one I couldn't handle and you covered all those bases so well. Initially, I was afraid about the outcome of this audio the most. But it turned out to be my favorite one. The fact that Vincent literally went out of the way to try to reciprocate this power dynamic warms my heart! This audio is absolute perfection. There is no other phrase that would accurately encompass my thoughts and feelings at the moment. I'm in awe, and more than a little teary-eyed. I'm stunned into silence right now. I just...💖😭💖😭 The fact that Vincent was so adamant about casting aside his ability to Invoke Lovely, as well as his ability to lie to them, all in an effort to keep the relationship balanced/genuine... It speaks to the beautiful dedication, deep devotion, love, and flow of trust between him and the listener. With that in mind, this quote is so wonderful: "I love you. I don’t want that kind of imbalance between us. I don’t want that kind of power over you. I Turned you, but you aren’t progeny to me. You’re my partner. We’re equals. Me being your Maker gives us an incredible bond, one that goes both ways. And that’s how I want everything about this to be—something that goes both ways, that we share. So I had William take away my ability to Invoke. And as your Maker, you can’t lie to me, so I had him make it so that I can’t lie to you. Both ways, with everything." On top of that: Vincent's eagerness to validate Lovely's experience, as well as talk through it, amidst his own unique nervousness and uncertainty, was so sweet and earnest. Not that I'd ever expect anything less from Vincent, of course! ❤️ He's a great fella to spend forever with, most certainly! 😭 The emotion and sincerity in this video was portrayed exquisitely. The exploration of feeling was astounding, and expressed so perfectly. Both in the audio itself, and in the video description. Everything was worded with such care and consideration. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful piece! And another big thank you to Hedral for reprising his role as William! It was fantastic! 😊 Needless to say, I can't wait to see where all of these storylines go from here! Oh don’t mind me please I’m just leaking emotions through my face holes. Aftershocks ended with this very fragile but very real hope. This was brilliant and my heart may never recover but I’m ready to take the healing journey with our boys. Vincent is such the ideal partner. Lovely is gonna be okay. I know it.
