I love Geordi, can't wait to get a video with him that doesn't make me cry 😥

LukaDarling

It's so interesting to see a character in something like this that isn't that great at comforting people. Geordi doesn't know what to do or say, and he can't hide that from Cutie, but he's here and he's trying and that's what matters. It's rare to see a character who's so realistically frazzled in a situation like this and I adore the direction you've taken with him

It's comforting to hear that I'm not the only one who's mind just goes everywhere when something bad happens with their partner or they're upset about something and you just wanna try and help, but also your mind tries to go in so many different directions that you have to remind yourself to focus and be patient. Think that this concept of being a telepathic listener and being able to listen to someone else's thought process is an amazing comfort/insight because we don't realize that there are people who have similar minds and that in the minds of others, it's not like they just know what to say or do in the moment, they think through it like we do. (sorry if this doesn't make sense)

I love him ♥️

He's officially in my top three

StrayDryad

He's doing his best and that's all that matters! But seriously, his inner monologue trying to process Inversion and all the frantic questions, like same. It's even more terrifying as an unempowered person and realizing no one outside the magical world has any clue of what just happened.

I love this. So much. The way Geordi struggles to calm himself and not be startled by cutie's grief is so realistic and makes him even more comforting to me; it doesn't come easily to him but he's trying so hard anyway because he wants to help. I'm always stunned by how expressive his inner voice is, both in how he's voice acted and how much the editing and layering adds to it. Seeing this bois thumbnails in the announcements on discord has me excited every time!

oh he’s the sweetest, when cutie raised their voice his thoughts broke my heart:(

This was so amazing to hear someone not directly affected dealing with what happened. I totally get that one of his reactions was to get out of town (I’ve had that reaction with my own city) I love Geordi ❤️❤️

Oh, Geordi! ❤️😭❤️😭❤️ With every new installment in his series, I only grow to love him more and more. He's so sweet! This audio was spectacular, as always. It approaches the fear of the unknown, and the difficulties that come along with trying to support loved ones through tragedy. And all of it is executed in such a heartfelt and honest fashion. It was beautiful, so well-rounded in its emotional complexity. I think it's safe to say that many people can relate to Geordi's uncertainty and doubt/what-ifs in that situation. The back and forth, tug of war with your own reactions. I know that it was definitely something I could relate to, anyway. Plus, from a storyline perspective, coping with this disaster through the lens of an Informed Unempowered Human... It was such an intriguing, yet heartbreaking glimpse at the realities of actually possessing that knowledge. Proof that, as with many things in life, nothing is idyllic all of the time. That scenario would be terrifying for anyone, swimming in that vast ocean of unknowns. And while on the topic of aspects that pulled at my heartstrings: Geordi's response to the listener snapping at him, as well as his ongoing personal battle with insecurities. I just... 😭💔 It was all perfect, very emotionally impactful. But amidst the angst, the continued repetition of support, compassion, and togetherness was also lovely. That foundation of hope was great. That outpouring of love, and an effort to understand was wonderful. Because although this audio does tackle uncertainty and sadness, I feel like it concludes on a warm and soothing note. Having a shoulder to lean on can make even the most difficult time easier to face — "We’ll figure this out. It’s not okay. Not right now. But it will be. I’ve got you. Shh. I won’t let go. I won’t let go. I’ve got you." 💖💖💖 Every word of this audio was stunning! Fantastic work, all-around 👏👏👏 My heart is brimming with feeling, in the best way. I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT! Favorite lines: "What’s wrong? Don’t cry. I mean, you can cry, I don’t wanna see you cry because I don’t want you to be upset, but I don’t mean you shouldn’t cry, you should let it out. You can let it out. You can do that in front of me, it’s okay. I want to help." "I do understand I do understand being scared for the future, and… and trying to wrap your head around loss on a scale like this, and… and that weird conflict of being grateful that no one you love got hurt, but feeling guilty for thinking that, and not knowing how you’re supposed to… just be just be in the wake of something so big, that’s so close, but didn’t touch you but it could have and you know that and, um. I don’t know what to say. I don’t even know what I’m saying. They don’t need to hear any of this, they already know it. That doesn’t mean it hurts to say it."

As always, dear Alyssa, you take the words right out of my mouth. Beautifully said!
