Goodness, the mirror between Caelum and Regulus is so striking, I'm a little speechless. Before this, they seemed like two completely separate entities, but seeing how close Caelum was to following the path Regulus went down... it's chilling. Say what you will about the Chorus, but whoever is high up in the Empathy Daemon training program is doing something right.

Awww! This was so lovely, hearing from Caelum again. It warmed my heart! 💖 Plus, it was really wonderful to be reassured that Caelum is beginning to foster a healthier sense of self, and a value for his own emotions, apart from those of his Charges. Those are all extremely important personal boundaries, and necessary acts of self-directed compassion. And with what we as an audience know about the tendencies of some Empathy Daemons, in terms of getting too closely attached to the feelings of their Charges... This is an incredibly crucial step/lesson to learn, as Caelum moves forward throughout his life. Needless to say, I'm very proud of him for taking that step, in realizing the issues with his past behavior, and progressing with new knowledge. That is an achievement to be celebrated! 💜 In fact, this entire audio acknowledges so many important processes in creating healthy personal boundaries, including creating them with the people we care most about. All those topics are approached with such finesse and gentleness. Beautiful stuff, truly. 💜 It was so emotionally moving, and so very sweet. I have a big smile on my face at the moment. Also, whenever there are any mentions of Gavin and Caelum interacting, my heart just melts! I adore their brotherly bond. Again, this installment was great! I can't wait to see how the story progresses from here! Fantastic work, all-around 💜 P.S. I just have to mention: Whenever Caelum referred to Delphinus as, "Delphi" — IT WAS SO DANG CUTE!!!
