Update and Fun(?) Facts (Patreon)

henlo, so, turns out, not a sinus infection, it's Covid. healthwise, I'm doing all right, just very uncomfortable. but at this point that's a very familiar feeling anyway lol. thank you guys for the well wishes, hopefully i'll get this kicked soon. it's been lots of rest, lots of water, and lots of Voyager reruns.

it'll be a bit before I can record anything because my voice is now  a t r o c i o u s, but i'm laying around bored outta my damn mind so I figured I'd include some (debatably) fun and unnecessary facts about some of the boyos in the meantime. i hope you enjoy, and i hope you're all well.

Vincent – One of Vincent’s cars is a red convertible Jaguar F Type.

Ivan – Ivan originally grew up in Montana, and moved back there after the events of the “Sadism’s Hold” plotline.

Ollie – Ollie now reports to Aaron as a result of the latter’s promotion.

David – One of David’s favorite video games growing up was Diablo 2, and he exclusively played as a Paladin while doing so.

Elliott – Elliott thinks Pokemon designs peaked in Gen One.

Gavin – Gavin has never tried a 7/11 hot dog.

Asher – Asher’s favorite band is still Fall Out Boy.

Lasko – Lasko used a rolling-backpack as a kid, but later switched to messenger bags.

Damien – Damien’s comfort food is Velveeta Shells and Cheese, though he refuses to tell anyone.

Sam – Sam favorite soda is Root Beer.

Huxley – Huxley’s favorite cereal is original Captain Crunch, but he only eats it dry.

Milo – Milo owns more shoes than David and Asher combined, by a wide margin.

Avior – Avior has never driven a car.

Vega – Vega has never chewed gum, but if he did, it’d be cinnamon.

Aaron – the idea for Aaron’s first video (and by extension, his character in general) came to me quite suddenly while I was struggling to write a script where Baaabe and Asher go for a hike. I only got a paragraph into that hiking script, and haven’t revisited it since, but I do still have it. It’s actually written on paper, which is weird, because I’d already switched to typing them by then, but I was trying to be outside more at the time lol

Blake – Blake plays Fortnite.

Geordi – Geordi doesn’t know how to jumpstart a car and is terrified that one day he’ll be asked to do it, but still has yet to just look up how it’s done so he’d know for the future and wouldn't have to worry about it anymore.

Guy – Guy’s favorite pizza is not Max’s Rustic Pizza, it’s a competitor’s.

James – James is a favorite name of mine, and while some people might think it’s a reference to James T Kirk given my love for Star Trek, it’s actually a reference to James the Red Engine from Thomas the Tank Engine. Not because of any personality similarities, but because I’ve liked that name ever since watching Thomas as a kid. Also, I don’t like Kirk, original series sucks, sorry not sorry lol
