The plan was to wait and listen to the whole three episode arc. That plan lasted all of 10 minutes after the drop. It kills me when Avior is struggling like this. That voice gets me EVERY time. The very first part in complete darkness was BRILLIANT! Terrified and excited all at the same time.

I love this storyline and these characters so much. This was an amazing performance! And the raw emotion and torment came through fantastically! Looking forward to the next part!

It's actually criminal how invested I am in this storyline. My only solace for that cliffhanger is that we're getting some sort of closure soon, but goddamn it my mind is gonna be spitting out theories through the entire wait, however short it is.

I knew it!! I knew the meridian was trying to contact Starlight. I'm pretty sure that's what the voices were in the beginning, mixed with Avior. Also, Avior deserves all of the hugs after this.

im back from DnD and i went from a stressful vampire fight where we almost lost our wizard, to this fucking emotional punch to the balls 🥲 i feel like i need to lay down and im already lying down LMAO im so fucking excited for the next 2 parts though 😭😭😭

Starlight had another dream about the memories they lost, but this time the words were moved around like the Meridian was piecing together sentences like a ransom note to try and talk to Starlight, then they wake up and find Avior by a campfire. Avior talks about his fears relating to Starlights plan, and relates some memories back to when he first coalesced, existential questions, then thinks of the creation myth of Daemonkind and how they became tied to the human plane. Avior says he believes it is still a myth, but believes there has to be something more to the Meridian than just being a natural magical barrier. a force of nature wouldnt have the sentience to steal memories, invade dreams, keep both of them alive, and dangle a portal back to Starlight in front of Avior until he broke and pulled them back in. Avior is terrified of what the Meridian wants with Starlight, but Starlight is still convinced they have to step into the void because of the gut feeling they have. Avior leads them to the nearest void, breaks down and cries, Starlight huggs them and says something heartfelt that Avior appreciates (possibly saying "i love you too" but im not sure if that was what was being implied, but i wanna believe thats what they said 😭) and then, Starlight steps into the void, theres a rumbling and we hear the voice of the Meridian speaking to Starlight, but its cut off by another shifting sound and then a muffled ear ringing

Starlight's utter determination to fuck around and find out will be the death of me, listening to any of the characters break down is always heart wrenching (incredible acting as always) but listening to Avior walk the person he loves to what he believes is certain death was killing me

The meridian is made up if two Sovereigns, Min'Ara and E'Laetum, in an effort to keep Aria from expanding into Elegy and destroying it. Aria started expanding due to the amount of magic being used during the Cacophany and these two Sovereigns were the only ones willing to fight for the humans and daemons.

I would complain about being left on a cliffhanger with tears in my eyes, but I'm an angst-monkey and a cliffhanger junkie. This is my bread and butter. Avior talking about how he feels like he's bringing Starlight to the gallows absolutely murdered me. The hug and the breakdown and that final, "Be safe, Starlight," like he's praying to anything that will listen to prove him wrong about what will happen? Grab the broom, I'm done and dusted. Someone please sweep up the ashes of my heart. Fantastic work!
