Listen the freelancer has a will of steel, because Gavin could bat his eyes and smile at me and I'd be flat on my back. How they stay strong through his teasing and grinding and those heart-stopping little noises he makes when he gets a kiss is beyond me. I'm so over the moon with this; like the incubus himself I'm also a sucker for a callback and the original studying audio is so special to me already; even with the generous assortment of spicy audios we've gotten since that one it's still one of my favorites and still gets my stomach flipping even after all the times ive heard it. I've said it before, Gavin just winds me up like a little dollar store toy and I can never seem to build up any kind of immunity to his charm. It was such a delight to hear him be on the receiving end of the little study-reward game and FUCK hearing him struggle to keep his composure was so delicious. And hearing that Lasko is excelling in his role and becoming more comfortable is wonderful, I'm so excited to hear from him next! This is just a sweet treat all around, not unlike a certain frosty beverage from a certain convenience store 😁 10/10, would slurp again

I love seeing yet another facet to Gavin and Freelancer's relationship; the trust between them is beautiful. But I almost love seeing Gavin's relationship with the rest of the DAMN crew more. His joy at Huxley's smile, knowing that Damien would never permit the same kind of softness that Hux would but wanting to nudge Damien into seeing that yes, he sees and encourages their relationship. And Lasko. Fierce Professor Lasko, who is determined to make sure anyone who takes his course will feel that they belong on the DAMN campus, that they're armed with knowledge so nobody gets lost in the cracks. That Lasko, who's not going to let anyone else like him feel like a tiny piece in a big, unfeeling machine... Great story, great job... and thank you.
